Waterfront vacation rentals in Eden Island, Seychelles

We love Eden Island and have stayed at or two properties. What we liked about David’s place was that it gives you a bit more space than the 2 bed, with its lovely wrap around balcony. Thank you!

Amazing place. The apartment, and Eden Island, were just perfect. Our family of four (10 & 13 yr old kids) had a fantastic holiday. Ronan is a brilliant host. We have just got back, and are already planning a return visit to stay here again.

A super great quiet area. 10min by car to Victoria. Had great boat trips right outside the door. Everything has been so attention and always around you. We had a fantastic stay in this apartment! Everything was exactly as described – spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable beds. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. It was also quiet and peaceful in the evenings, which made it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responded quickly to any questions, making our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely recommend it to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay – we hope to come back someday!

We had a nice stay. The location of the apartment is very convenient, you can walk to the beach in two minutes and the view of the harbor basin is very nice. The only thing that really bothered us was the lack of a coffee machine. Otherwise it would have been nice if the basic equipment in the apartment had been a bit more generous (e.g. toilet paper, kitchen towels, oil, wine glasses), but these are things that you can overlook.

Eden Island is truly a paradise and the house goes with it. It’s wonderful getting around the complex in the golf cart which is provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

A dream in the Seychelles! Our time at this Seychelles home was simply spectacular! Already upon arrival we were overwhelmed by the size of the place – even for our family of four, there was more than enough space, which made the stay very pleasant. But the absolute highlight was the location: being right on the sea and waking up every morning with this incredible view was simply unforgettable. You could hear the sound of the waves and enjoy the fresh sea breeze – pure relaxation! Many thanks to the local manager, Ronny. He was very nice and helpful and also prepared us a very tasty dinner one evening. Right at the property you can reach a beach via a path to the rocks. It's a little easier across the street. However, the nearby Beau Vallon beach is better for children. We highly recommend this property! Thank you for this wonderful experience!

amazing place and amazing host!

A colonial styled house overlooking the sea with great views. Machabee beach just below had fantastic snorkeling and good fishing in the evening. Easy access to Victoria and Beau Vallon via bus, hire car recommended. Garden has tables, chairs, recliners aswell as a splash pool and BBQ area. Veranda has the dining table and is a enjoyable place to spend an evening meal. Beds were comfortable and the mattresses looked new. Air-conditioning worked well. The kitchen was adequate for most needs. If you are looking for peace and tranquility in comfortable surroundings you can't go wrong. We had a very enjoyable 2 weeks here and felt right at home.

I spend a few nights at Sarah’s place with a group of friends. We had a fantastic stay at Sarah’s s place. Communication was smooth and prompt. The location was ideal, and I felt right at home throughout my stay.

Lovely house and amazing complex, highly recommended

This place was an amazing find!! It was very close to the beach. It was on the bus route to take you into town. The beach and rock pool were amazing. I caught fish at another beach area and brought them home to cook. Pina had a fish cleaning area and everything available to cook a meal. The air conditioners in both bedrooms worked great!!. The living and dining area were very spacious for family games we brought. Pina had games too. Her communication was wonderful. She went above and beyond to help us. I would recommend this place for a great stay.

We had an amazing time at Villa Rousseau! Alison was helpful, kind and welcoming and Vanessa went above and beyond to make us feel at home! The apartment is very clean, well maintained and comfortable. The view is breathtaking! We rented a car (with Alison’s help) and it was delivered directly to the Villa. We would highly recommend this stay!

We had a wonderful time! Eden Island is the perfect location. We were close to Victoria and the marinas for Cat CoCo Ferries and other excursions. There are lots of restaurants on Eden Island - you take the provided golf cart. There are always taxis on the front road. There is a large supermarket inside the shopping center. A lot of the shops - including ice cream shops and the pharmacy are only open 10-6. The Nespresso machine is a euro cord so you need a converter to operate it. We found one at Shiva’s shop across from the pharmacy. We spent hours on the balcony, the view of the marina is so peaceful. The grounds are beautiful, we didn’t go to the pools but we went to the beach across the street a couple of afternoons. There are lounge chairs and there were never more than 4 other people when we were there. We didn’t cook but there seemed to be plenty of kitchen items. There were plenty of beach towels. We got Nespresso pods at the Spar Supermarket on Eden Island, they had a good selection. We also had a yogurt and granola snack every morning. The Boardwalk Restaurant has breakfast and opens at 10:00 but most others don’t open until 12:00. We couldn’t get coffee in the shopping mall before 10:00. There was construction going on at the front of the marina but the noise wasn’t too loud - some of the shops/restaurants at the front by the construction had limited hours. Vladimira is a wonderful hostess and her apartment is lovely. Having the washer and dryer to clean sandy clothes was divine. We would definitely stay here again! Make sure to get the exact address for the Seychelles Health Form. They denied my travel permit when I just put Eden Island as my destination!

Renaud answered email questions immediately and was helpful with advice and his kind guidance. Everything we needed for our stay was in the apartment. This was our third stay on Eden Island and this was the nicest apartment that we've rented. We would like to say a big thank you to Renaud and hope that this apartment will be available should we make a return visit in the future. There are no negative comments as all was very good!
