Family-friendly vacation rentals in Eden Beach

Fantastic stay. beautiful view and lovely town with great beaches nearby. loved seeing the wild boars!! hot tub was fantastic also.

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with partial views of the port (but which for us was not important) with a large table and chairs to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was perfect for us and the views are outstanding. As it was earlier in the season, the pool and the hot tub were not available but that did not concern us. Communication with Lorenzo and his team was really good and his colleague David cheerfully waited for us even though our flight was 2 hours later than expected and it was 9pm. This villa is not near amenities (shops, restaurants etc) so a car is definitely needed. There are also steps up to the villa and inside it, that may be difficult for people with limited mobility. Overall it was a lovely week for us.

If we could give a rating of 10 out of 5, we would do it without hesitation. We couldn't ask for more, the accommodation is just perfect. Daniele is so friendly and responsive. No complaints.

The host was super helpful throughout the stay giving advice on what to visit and how to get around. The house is very nice and well-kept and with everything you need for your vacation. The town is not on the sea but you can easily reach it with a 10-minute drive, it is also in a location that makes it easy to visit different cities by moving a little. In general, highly recommended as accommodation if you want to take a vacation in these areas

We rented the apartment mainly because of the jacuzzi and the view. We weren't disappointed here! It was just a dream to start and end the day in this one. The temperature of the hot tub in April at 20*C air temperature for us was absolutely fine and not too cold for us and the 37*C of the hot tub was kept for several hours. Absolutely positive to mention is the friendly proactive nature of Christian, which definitely makes him a Superhost. His tips on which beaches and restaurants we should visit made this holiday unforgettable, as we were able to visit the breathtaking highlights of the area in a short time! Thanks Christian! A really lovely place to stay. Helpful and friendly and we’re allowed to check in early. Answered any questions we had. Great wildlife and surroundings and so much to do nearby.

Perfect little cottage outside of the touristic side of Sardinia. Pretty remote but very peaceful. The patio and the garden are the best part without a doubt. Great host, easy and fast communication!

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Thank you for a great stay. We especially liked the beautiful terrace. It was great to be able to eat and linger outside. The apartment is newly renovated and extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen with many kitchen utensils. A little highlight was the two friendly cats - so sweet! The location is very good to explore the north of the island, we will be happy to come back.

The cottage was a dream for us! You are right on the beach and have complete peace and quiet. The house is furnished with a lot of taste, so we felt very comfortable. There are not so many restaurants in the village, so you either have to drive or cook yourself. We would definitely come back!

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a land hedgehog visited us, curious but discreet. Very cool house inside, a pleasant surprise for the start of summer. Unexpected amenities in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious after-dinner housework. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a large and bright dining room. And surprise... free Wi-Fi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

We had a great week at Caterina's place. The view is amazing. The apartment was small but comfortable and efficient. Everything worked well. Caterina and her husband are very pleasant.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at Stephanie’s villa. The place had everything we needed – a lovely pool, a barbecue area, and a fully equipped kitchen. At first, we were a bit worried about not being close to the beach, but just a 10-minute walk from the villa there's a stunning viewpoint on a cliff where you can watch the sun set into the sea – absolutely magical! The pool water was still a bit chilly during our stay, so we didn’t use it much, but that didn’t bother us. One thing to note: guests are expected to take all their trash with them when they leave. It wasn’t an issue for us, just something to be aware of if you haven’t encountered that before. Overall, a great experience!

Above expectations. A beautiful, spacious, and complete apartment. The view from our terrace of the pool and the sea was amazing. Quiet area. Private parking. Elisabetta responded quickly. The contact was easy and pleasant. We noticed that everything had been thought of. Everything you could think of was present. We had a very nice time and would love to come back sometime.

Great apartment for families with kids. We, 2 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 9, felt very comfortable here. Very well-equipped kitchen and everything available in it. Well-maintained bathroom and nicely clean. Great bedrooms for parents and children. Very nice living room and terrace. Many towels and change of linen provided. We also used the existing washing machine because of the kids. Everything was perfect. Parasol and sand toys for the little ones available. Private quiet residential complex with separate pool and beach access. Good and fast communication with the landlord. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the great apartment and the super nice support 😃

We had two wonderful weeks in Giulio's apartment – six adults and one toddler – and enjoyed the time very much! We would like to highlight the great pool, the charming little outdoor kitchen and the warm outdoor shower – a real highlight that has absolutely made up for the fact that there is "only" one large bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Communication with Giulio was excellent at all times – he was super helpful, always available and provided us with many great tips on the surroundings. The entire stay went smoothly and relaxed. We would come back any time and can recommend the apartment without reservation. Thank you, Giulio, for the great hospitality and the lovely stay!

The four of us spent a few days in Santa Reparata in mid-June and are simply thrilled! The house is beautiful and captivates above all with the great view of the sea. We particularly enjoyed the large, newly furnished kitchen, the cozy terrace with pool and the great view. The location is also perfect, very quiet and the direct proximity to Capo Testa and Santa Teresa Gallura as a port city was great. The cottage is also well equipped. Only a few storage areas in the bathrooms and bedrooms as well as more comfortable mattresses would have been great. The communication with Matteo was also very friendly and uncomplicated. We can highly recommend the vacation home and would love to come back here!

Paola‘s house has a breathtaking view from the huge terrace. We loved it very much and enjoyed our stay there immensely. Paola was very kind and helpful. She shared her favorite restaurants and even made the reservations for us. She also was very flexible with the check out, so we could relax a little more on our last day. It was very appreciatated.
