The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

From this beautiful location, there are plenty of cycling and walking routes, and it's a 10-minute walk to the village and the woods. You're also very welcome to sit in the vineyard. We maken grondig schoon ; het huisje biedt rust en veel (buiten)ruimte waardoor u veel privacy heeft. Het is geschikt voor een hond, een kind en is ook geschikt om rustig te kunnen werken.

We offer a pleasant atmosphere, a DELICIOUS BREAKFAST on weekends, and space to unwind. There is a lot of nature at a short distance, and by train e.g. Utrecht and Amsterdam can be reached quickly. The cozy garden shed offers a pleasant and cozy stay for two persons (possibly cot+chair available). It has a bathroom with a cozy bathtub and romantic bedstead (1.40x2.00m). From the sofa bed you have a nice fire view of the wood stove. The cottage is quietly located and is located in the middle of the meadows lined by trees. Due to its location, it is a nice place to relax and it is a pleasant base from which to explore the Veluwe. No WiFi available.

In de landelijke omgeving kunt u heerlijk wandelen of fietsen op de vrolijke tandems. In de buurt zijn ook mtb routes. 2 pers. bed in de slaapkamer, 2 pers. slaapbank in de woonkamer.

Landelijk gelegen vakantiehuis op 20 fietsminuten van het centrum van Utrecht. Er zijn 2 fietsen aanwezig. Het bosrijke gebied is zeer geschikt om te wandelen en te fietsen, kaarten zijn beschikbaar. Er is een boomgaard en moestuin op het terrein. In de boomgaard staan veel eetbare planten. Kijk en proef als je dat leuk vindt. Als je meer wil weten, dan loop ik graag met je mee.
