This home has wood floors. 1200sf. Front porch with seating overlooking flowers and fruit trees. Huge fenced-in back yard with 2 large trees and a fire pit with seating and a grill. Wine fridge. 2-car covered parking. Quiet neighborhood. Some board & video games for the kids. My husband and I are people that love life and people. Spacious open floor plan with 4-bedroom 2 bath located one block off 285. Centrally located 1/2 block from grocery store, CVS, restaurants and gas stations. This home is filled with my custom-made artwork that is for sale. I provide a variety of amenities for the entire family to enjoy. Spacious fenced backyard with a propane grill those who love to grill. There is plenty of room for the children to play. The Pecos River is just a few blocks away where you can enjoy the beach or water park.

Our family enjoyed our stay. I imagined that the 2 apartments were stacked, but they are both above a garage space. The directions were great, and we were able to find it in the dark. The home had everything we needed plus muffins! The kids raved about how comfortable the beds were, and I appreciated how uncluttered the space was; it had all we needed without being crowded. It was also probably the cleanest air bnb in which we’ve stayed; even the baseboards were spotless. We stayed to visit Carlsbad Caverns and felt that it was close enough for convince to even go back for the evening bat flight. The hostess was responsive and kind. We will definitely stay again if we go through the area.

We had a lovely stay at Mimi's House last week. My son commented on how charming the house was and that everything we could possibly need was already there waiting for us. As temperatures were soaring into the 100's, the house stayed a cool oasis with its green lawn and majestic pecan trees. I was especially impressed with how beautifully the house had been preserved with original tile, built-ins and the refinished oak floors and cabinets. I had a chat with Mary Kay over the fence one evening and we discussed how her family came into possession of the property many years ago. Everything about Mimi's House was very inviting and comfortable.
