This is an ocean front private villa with the Sea of Japan right in front of you. Adjacent to Ayukawa Beach, you can enjoy the blue sea during the day, the sunset on the horizon in the evening, and the fishing lights and starry sky at night.This is a special location where you can feel the Sea of Japan, which changes its appearance every season, at any time during your stay. The building uses virgin cedar wood for all ceilings, floors and walls. The space, wrapped in the scent and warmth of wood, creates an unusual time where you can relax from the heart away from everyday life.You can see the sea and the sunset from the bath, and you can have a luxurious time while soaking in the bathtub. The inn is a 2-story private building. It has 4 single beds on the 1st floor and 1 double bed on the 2nd floor, and can accommodate up to 6 people. There is also a terrace overlooking the sea, perfect for morning coffee or evening time. The surrounding area is one of the best fishing spots on the Echizen coast. Fishing boats depart from Ayukawa Fishing Port right in front of you, so it is also recommended for a stay for the purpose of fishing. In addition, we operate a seaside cafe, Maare, 3 minutes away by car, where you can enjoy a BBQ without having to bring anything. We may decline guests who want to make noise, such as parties. Only guests who can follow the manners and rules are welcome. [Facility Description] The price is the same for up to 5 guests for the entire building. (For 6 or more people, +1,850 yen per person. Preschool children who do not need extra futons or towels are not included in the number of guests) High-speed Wi-Fi is available. The floor plan is 3LDK, and you can enjoy a BBQ outdoors. (You will need to bring BBQ ingredients, charcoal, and equipment such as a stove) There is a swing on the wooden deck. There is a hammock in the living room. Our guesthouse is in a beautiful mountain village, near to it are pristine forests with beech trees and an ancient mountain path that was used to carry sea products from Japan sea to Kyoto in old days. In front of the guesthouse runs a stream that is a source of Lake Biwa and its water is crystal clear ; in early summer nights many fireflies fly over the stream. In winter, we have a lot of snow ; sometimes it reaches 2 meters from the ground! On clear nights you can enjoy the sky full of stars.
