We offer a small furnished F1 apartment of 24 m2, quiet and comfortable, on the ground floor of our house, with a separate entrance, parking and a garden. This sunny home, located in Crolles, in the Grésivaudan Valley, welcomes business travelers and tourists. It allows quick access to companies, ski stations ( Sept Laux, Collet d 'Allevard, Chamrousse) and the plateau of Saint Hilaire du Touvet, in Chartreuse, paradise for paragliders (funicular proximity) .

Le Xavier, the charm on the edge of the Isere

The Xavier is a 35 m2 air-conditioned T1 that can accommodate 1 or 2 people as a couple, located on the right bank docks, on the second floor (without elevator). The Xavier, completely renovated (01/2019), is more specifically designed for professionals on the go, but will suit everyone. The Xavier is available from 3 nights, preferential rates are applied for longer stays. For the comfort of all, Le Xavier is strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed.

At the foot of the Olympic ski jump of the 1968 Olympics and the Trois Pucelles, a 90m² house, quiet and cool but easily accessible from Grenoble. You'll soak up the modern mountain vibe and enjoy my top athlete trophies in cross-country skiing, multi-medaillé Olympic and global skiing. You can go for a walk or by bike/mountain bike/gravel.

With the historic center (Notre-Dame), they form the most lively and vibrant places in the city of Grenoble. There are a maximum of pedestrian streets. The main shopping areas of the greater city center are there. Many restaurants and fast foods line the streets. There are also the majority of places to go out: Bars, Pubs, Nightclubs… The largest concentration of public transport in the area is there, especially Place Notre-Dame

Emmanuelle Oct 23-25 2019 Public Review. Stephane's place is as described. It is perfectly clean and very well-equipped (everything is new). The decor is neat giving charm to the apartment: Antique floor, cement tiles, small brick wall in the working area, mosaics in the shower, workshop style doors.... The neighborhood is very quiet (nice backyard) while being close to the city center.

The village bakery is 20 meters away for fresh bread in the morning from 6:30 a.m.
