In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

The newly renovated apartment with separate entrance is located in the basement of our house! With a total of 4 rooms, bedroom 1 with double and single bed, bedroom 2 with sofa bed for 2 people, bathroom with large shower, an open kitchen with large dining area, ideal for 1 to 5 people! A total of 70 square meters lovingly and modernly furnished! Very central, quiet location in Untersiemau, exactly between the basket maker town of Lichtenfels, the fortress town of Coburg and the world heritage city of Bamberg!

Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room. The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

"Retreat with hot tub, sauna and pool table"

Our cozy holiday apartment is ideal for couples or small families and can accommodate up to 10 sleeping guests. ( 6 of them in a 2nd apartment on the upper floor from the 5th sleeping guest ) For social evenings with friends, colleagues or family, there is a pool table, a music system and a cozy bar. The 39 degree hot hot tub is usable all year and inclusive. The use of the barrel sauna can be booked . Unfortunately, the hot tub in the bedroom is currently not working.

Our stay was actually on our wedding weekend and it was all excellent ☺️ easy check-in, we were able to check out relatively spontaneously even later for a small surcharge and in the accommodation you had everything you need :) nice contact and you always 👍🏼 had a quick answer definitely recommended :)

Stephan is a very likeable host, check-in and communication before and during the stay were great. The apartment is tasteful and high-quality down to the last detail and super clean. The bed is a dream! In Stephan's beautiful "Cortendorfer Stadel" below the apartment you can end the evenings with great food, good wine and great ice cream.
