Cottage vacation rentals in Eastman

This cute lake cottage is the perfect place to get away and enjoy everything the lake and area has to offer. We watched sunsets, star gazed (saw the Milky Way), enjoyed the boats that were available to use and mainly hung out on the sun porch that had great views of the lake.

A truly magical camp nestled in the trees with glacial boulders sculpted by nature all around. Cozy and comfortable bedrooms with open living/kitchen area for relaxing and socializing with family. (Cards, puzzles, board games…) The small back deck was nice for grilling or bird watching sipping morning tea. Our favorite spot was the small beach area which was shaded and sandy ledge for the best swimming ever rain or shine!

Ryan was a great host and communicated well before and during the stay. We had no issues during our stay but knew Ryan was only a message away and would address what we needed. Location was perfect for our ski trip to Jay. Restaurants in the area were good but the whole town closes pretty early. Not much of a night life but that was ok. Would recommend and stay again. Beautiful property and responsive hosts!

Lyndsay and Barry were quick to respond and very welcoming. They checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure we were alright, and enjoying our visit. The home was extremely clean and the view was beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay at Julien, and Melanie's house. It was well equipped with everything we needed, and it was convenient to Jay Peak, and Owls Head, We enjoyed walking to the local restaurants , and businesses in Mansonville. The locals were welcoming, and we would look froward to another visit. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the Tea house! It was snowy and cold outside (perfect for skiing!), but the place was cozy and warm. We appreciated the French press coffee that was provided- much better than having "pods". We didn't have time to explore the hot tub and the rest of the grounds, but hopefully we will get to if we stay here again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique chalet ! Tout était clair, bien organisé pour qu'on s'y sentent comme chez soi. L'endroit est magnifique et d'un calme complet. Nous reviendrons assurément !

We rented this cottage for a family ski trip. There are 3 ski resorts to choose from, but they are a little drive away (between 15-40 minutes). The cottage was very cozy and a great place to relax after spending time outside. Especially the spa and the fire place. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean. The second bedroom is a bit small when occupied by two people - this is mentioned in the listing - but no problem with kids. We can definitely recommend this place.

We stayed here because of the location to both Mont Sutton and Orford. The spot was well located close to town while still feeling a little remote and the amenities matched perfectly for a home base for a weekend ski getaway. The hot tub was a wonderful place to relax and the kitchen was well stocked for making meals together.

By far the best airbnb I’ve stayed at! Particularly loved all of the thoughtful touches inside the home (fire starters, beverages in the fridge to share, etc.) and the beautiful outdoor space, which was set up with a picnic table, a fire pit, kayaks, and a hammock, making it totally ready to enjoy! Would definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay at the Whimsy Cottage for a weekend ski trip at Jay Peak ~15 mins away. The cottage was comfortable with lots of space, kitchen amenities for cooking, and appreciated the extra linens/ bedding. Located right off the highway, but was not too noisy at night except for the occasional passing of cars. Enjoyed the easy access of the gas station/ deli across the street for breakfast sandwiches and limited groceries. Sarita was a very responsive and friendly host, would recommend.

Ashley's cottage provided an excellent retreat for our family during March break! The location was tranquil and the home was just as described. The large, open-plan main living area was great for lounging and we truly appreciated having a fully stocked kitchen. Including basic essentials such as salt and pepper and cooking oil made our stay that much more convenient. We would definitely rent this again!

The place was perfect for a winter wonderland getaway! Extremely cozy, close to town, and a comfortable ride to Jay. Kitchen was fully stocked and the place overlooks a beautiful lake. Great place to stay with my two boys and pup. Thank you John and Gwen!

David était un très bon hôte, toujours disponible quand nous avions des questions. Le lac est très beau et la disponibilité de kayaks et canots nous a permis d'en profiter au maximum. Nous avons adoré notre séjour!

Nous avons passé 3 nuits, tout était parfait. Propre, chaleureux avec le foyer, les lits très confo, l'accès par le sous-sol pratique quand tu arrives avec tout les vêtements d'hiver. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter

We spent Easter here with my daughter, a friend and our 2 dogs. While the exterior and ground floor (still under construction) feel a bit run-down, the first floor is full of personal touches and has a homely vibe.The wooden fireplace, reading/play area with books and games (separate from the living room), and well-equipped kitchen are great for families or larger groups.The house includes strong Wi-Fi, Netflix, washer/dryer, dishwasher, extra towels, and flexible check-in/out and is spotless !A lovely café, supermarket, and convenience store are just a 5-15 minute walk away. It’s a quiet town, but Knowlton is only 25 minutes by car. We cooked a lot, relaxed on the veranda overlooking the river, and enjoyed the peaceful setting. Note: no A/C and the river can be loud (though inaudible with windows closed). There was a small leak from the bathtub that the owner said he will take care off, house generally needs some small renos. Overall, a great spot for a laid-back weekend!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Vincent Place. It was clean, peaceful and very cozy. We will definitely be reaching out to Vincent again next season ski race.
