House vacation rentals in Easthampton

We had 13 people staying at the house and everyone had a comfortable sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and serve a large crowd. There was plenty of parking. The big draw for the kids was the air hockey and pool table for the adults. Had it not been raining we would have taken advantage of the large deck with plenty of table space and seating. I would book again based on the positive feedback from everyone there.

We had a lovely time with our family! We were with 2 young children and my elderly father who cannot walk well (uses a walker). The house was perfectly designed to accommodate my father and had great living areas for us to spend time together. A very cozy, warm and welcoming home (with lots of amenities!). Yael is a very friendly, responsive host. We’d gladly come back for another winter or perhaps a summer stay! Thank you Yael!

We had a lovely family Easter weekend - 6 adults, 4 kids. The house was very comfortable and spacious. The kids loved the game room and the giant downstairs television! Great yard too.

We came as a group of friends with a baby to stay at Blake and Tracy's house, and we had a great stay. They were very communicative and accommodated all our requests to ensure our stay was excellent. They asked in advance if it would be okay for their child to stay in his room inside the house, and we agreed. We didn’t see him at all during our stay, and it didn’t disturb us in the slightest. The fact that Blake and Tracy live right next door was convenient, as they were readily available for anything we needed, but we never felt their presence. We will definitely come back!

Wonderful place for our family to spend the weekend while we attended our daughter's graduation a half hour away in MA. Clean, comfortable, spacious and charming in a quiet neighborhood. Auria provided clear instructions, check in was a breeze, and she was extremely proactive and helpful. She responded immediately to questions and was always cheerful and polite. One of the best Airbnb experiences we have had so far. I can not recommend this highly enough.

Set upon the eastern bluffs of the Berkshire hills, Highfields farm is a stunningly beautiful property with great vistas. The autumn leaves were changing and the crisp clear mornings gave way to comfortably warm days.! The night sky was spectacular without light pollution. We will be back

The house was amazing and perfect for my whole family! Kathleen was an awesome host and if we had any questions-always got back to us. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the grounds perfect to play outdoor games--screened in porch perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening--I truly could go on and on about her amazing home! Kelsey’s place was nothing short of perfect. My family and I hadn’t been back to Mass in many years, and we needed a good place to have everyone together again in one place - this place fit the bill and more! The house and backyard are beautiful. You get plenty of space while still feeling cozy. The backyard was perfect for a BBQ and the grass area provided plenty of space for my kiddo to run around and play. You’re also wicked close to the lake and have plenty of places to explore. Kelsey was extremely responsive and kind, and even let us extend our stay a few days because we were having such a wonderful time. I hope to stay here again when we come back next year!

We loved our stay at this lakeside cottage! Quick 12 minute drive to Otis Ridge for skiing. Elle was super responsive. The house fit all our needs for two families with young kids - great space for hanging out, lots of perks for the kids, the ping pong table was a hit. We’d love to stay here again in warmer weather.

Will definitely keep this in mind when we need a place in this area! Good value, very clean, lots of nice touches like dishes for the dogs, adorable room for the kids, comfy blankets and pillows, muffins for the morning. Description was perfect, if we had more time we would have tried out the fire pit! Nice area, super easy to get to and get in. Very responsive host!

I genuinely don't know what to say other than the fact that this may be one of the greatest places I've had the honor to lodge at. I did a lot of vetting across New England to find a wonderful place that could sleep a decent amount of people, provide a scenic and comfortable escape, and keep us entertained. Sarah's wonderful Stone and Sky Lodge exceeded every expectation I just listed. It's cozy, warm, and feels like a hidden nook! The scenery and nature couldn't be more beautiful. I never got the pleasure to meet Sarah, though I wish I did. Over messages and from what my friends told me, I just know that Sarah is the most hospitable and kind host that I've talked with in a while, and I hope that next time I can thank her personally. From my friends and I, we thank you for sharing your home with us. If you think that the excellent reviews are too good to be true, don't. This IS the truth, and I can't wait to have another reason to come back to this wonderful treasure of a place.

The place was incredibly beautiful. The photos did not do it justice. It is in the middle of nowhere. Tina was very detailed in her instruction and one of them was that you must bring groceries because the closest grocery store is 30 minutes away. If you decide to book this place, read her detailed instructions. They are very helpful. The home offered a full kitchen which made it so easy for us to prepared our family's meals without struggling. The hot tub was such a treat. The basement had lots of games, a couch to launch and another TV. Perfect if you come with children. We were seven adults and we did not feel that we where on top of each other. The high ceiling truly made one of our boys (the giant) feel at home. Even the basement had a high ceiling. Pretty cool. Tina was incredibly nice and flexible. Check in is at 4 pm and we arrived earlier. We decided to contact her to see if it would be okay to check in earlier and she accommodated us. Thank you soooo much.

This is at least our 4th time staying at what we call "The Farm" and it is our favorite getaway! We even got my brother to drive 1.5 hours out of his way on his family trip to Boston so he could check it out. A rare gem!

This place is a true gem! I came with my husband and kids (5 and 2.5). The house itself is clean and has plenty of places to chill together or alone. As described, it's more "rustic and eclectic getaway" than "luxury renovation," but that worked great for our style. My kids slept soundly in the downstairs bedroom (thanks for the dark curtains!) and my husband and I were comfortable upstairs. I recommend turning on the oscillating fan during the night. The lake itself is amazing. We swam off the dock, paddleboat-ed around and took the kayaks to the public beach. The public beach even has a toy share if you want to travel light! I'd recommend bringing water shoes (tevas, crocs, whatever) if you want to swim anywhere but the private beach as you'll find some plants and a few rocks. We brought lifejackets for our kids and used Karen's for ourselves. Every night we made dinner in the full kitchen, played some board games and watched a movie on the Apple TV. So great!

We came to Norfolk for a show at the Infinity Music Hall. This house was a perfect landing spot to cook dinner before and relax after the show. It was so peaceful watching the snow fall from inside and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed to cook. The appliances were top notch, the house was well decorated and we will definitely rent here again!

Aung is a very helpful gentleman, after I left my personal stuff in the house he’s still very helpful to get everything back for me!

Our work crew said that they found Bob's place full of old-world charm while also providing all the modern necessities. If you're looking for a hip TikTok hang, this may not be the place for you, but if what you want is a clean, comfortable home for relaxing or remote work, Bob's place is highly recommended. It was a welcome respite from long workdays. Bob was easy to work with and the photos are an accurate presentation of the space. Bob even made sure the drive and walk areas were snow and ice free during their stay. Thanks Bob!

Jamie’s house is very comfortable. We felt fight at home. The bed was extremely comfortable. Furniture and entertainment center were great. Close proximity to the event we attended. It was especially quiet and peaceful which we appreciated greatly. We will book again for next year’s market.

My family and I had a great stay here. The house was decorated nicely and it was warm and inviting. It was perfect for my family of 4. The beds were super comfortable. The only complaint we had was the heat in the house. We would make sure the heat was set to 71 at night (we stayed during a cold month in CT) and we would wake up freezing to 66 degrees. I addressed this with the host and she fixed the settings immediately. It worked for a few days but then we would get cold bursts of air and the temp would drop again. The upstairs level was a lot more cold because of the AC's in each bedroom which we felt a draft from the windows. Other than that everything was great. Easy to get in with the code and easy access to highways. Drene was a great responsive host who seemed like she care about her guests.

Excellent layout, especially as we were travelling with dogs. The yard is securely fenced (check the gates!) and is accessible from the kitchen. Bedrooms comfortable and spacious. Quiet, interesting residential area; good for walks.

This was our fourth time staying at Brooksley's place, and we're sure to be back again in the future, too. The proximity to Northampton is perfect -- close enough for a quick drive to Smith and into town, but just far enough away to feel peaceful and quiet. The hosts responded very quickly to any of our questions or needs, and this was much appreciated.
