Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Eastern Visayas

It is a high floor corner room, and you can see the sea from every window!　The interior of the room was lovely, well cleaned, and it was a very comfortable stay. Sharon was happy to check in early, and welcomed us with a friendly smile and polite explanation. There are also delicious restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, and drug stores nearby, and at night you can hear nice music from nearby resort hotels. It was a great time to stay here for a long time.I'll definitely be back!　Thank you very much.

Great place and location. Clean and fresh big room with an amazing view over the pool and the city. Comfy bed. Great kitchen with all utensils you need to cook. Good WiFi. Friendly host that response quickly to messages. Definitely a place I will come back to!

Mark (host) and RJ (house manager) and the entire team staff made us feel welcome at home. The house is perfect for a nice and relaxing stay with delicious food all professionally prepared in the thatched roof kitchen and dining area with great views of the ocean. The pool is a great focal point with lots of seating surrounding it. The kids enjoyed beach combing during low tide. The nearby hot springs and hike to a waterfall is a nice 1/2 day excursion as well.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Plenty of space for gathering with our group and also for retreating when privacy was desired. The private pool was a great source of fun! (Love the lighting at night) A nice, large home conveniently located in the city. Plenty of dining options. The locals were very friendly and accommodating. One highlight for us was taking surfing lessons from a local surfer: the beach was beautiful and the experience was awesome. The only slight critique would be the low water pressure. It will not keep me from booking again in the future but it would be nice if that could be improved. Without hesitation I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in Borongan.

The place is superb! There’s no place like home, but at ANZA, you always feel right at home. The amenities are fantastic, and the caretaker is incredibly kind. A perfect place to unwind!

It was really good. There were a few problems, but You fixed it right away. I stayed for 8 days and wanted to extend it to 10 days, but I couldn't because I had another reservation. I'll use it again next time if I come.👍👍👍👍

The place was better than we expected. Although we didn't get a chance to go to the beach, the kids had a great time at the pool. It's great that the place is not crowded. There were instances when the kids had the pool to themselves. There are a lot of restos in the vicinity so dining out is not a problem. The unit is new, too. Over-all, we had a great experience!

All in all. It was ok . I had a good time. And connected very well . It has restaurants and a small shopping center nearby, there are too many children who as work make alms ... but in the evening they return home... very insistent and poorly polite... but there and the family who takes advantage of these things. I'm sorry for them ! The contact person was really helpful and very kind. A strong point of this accommodation ! The apartment in everything was good. The only flaw that in the elevator and at the entrance you could do the sauna ! For the rest I can give you a great vote !

I highly recommend this place , everything is clean when it comes to bathroom, kitchen and bed. And the spot of this unit is very nice because you will see the beach and so far this is the best Airbnb that we try and when it comes to the host , the host is responsive about our concerns . I would love to stay here again .
