The welcome is impeccable, Cecilia and Lorraine are extraordinary kindness, everything is within reach for an average walker, the location is lush with flowers and greenery. Comfortable apartment.

Beautiful cabin on the outskirts of Hanga Roa, you can travel all the distances walking smoothly. Barbara and her family are very welcoming. They helped us with everything we needed and guided us in all our doubts. They welcomed us into their family in a very pleasant way. The place is comfortable and quiet to rest, there is no problem with noise or schedules. We appreciate your hospitality!

Hosting at Barbara's and Tomás's was wonderful, we felt at home. We went on tours with them around the island and it was very comfortable at a good pace and without haste,m. We were greeted at the airport and brought in. They prepared us a rich dinner, sang and we had a wine together. Her kids are amazing. Jose helped us do some transfers inside the island and also made us some purchases and took them home for a small extra cost. The house is large and with a large and comfortable kitchen for cooking. The house is surrounded by fruit trees that you can take whenever you want and will take snacks to your walks. The island is magical and you have to live the experience without a doubt. Fantastic hotel with excellent costumer Service

Really WONDERFUL. I think what stood out the most was Diego and Fran's concern. They helped us with EVERYTHING, advice, tips. The hostel is excellently located, it has a huge kitchen with many utensils and things to use. Everything was really surprising for the better.

Very good location, we felt right at home. Carmen and Erika were a delight, they treated us like family. It's close to the church and the cove. You can walk everywhere. The bathrooms had everything you need. The room was cleaned every day, comfortable beds. Jonathan was very attentive, he helped me with the return to the airport, very concerned and cordial. I would definitely come back.

Peaceful and pretty location. Gorgeous garden surrounding the accommodation. The owner was very accommodating and put effort into making sure we had what we needed to be comfortable. Doing a great job as a new host. Will definitely give you an island feel. Bedding was fresh and very clean. Aircon works very well to keep the room cool after a day in the heat.

Diego was an excellent host, so I highly recommend him, the Hostal is very well located... close to the center, just a few minutes' walk to the street where you find bakeries, jewelry stores, bicycle rentals, etc. When I needed help or information, he responded promptly with a good attitude and good information! Just as a detail to improve, it would be the extraction of moisture or steam from the bathroom... but in order to open the window of the room, the current takes care of it without problems. The kitchen is well-equipped, the common areas are comfortable and the entrance has a staircase and a ramp for universal access.

Very central hostel in Hanga Roa to get to all places: markets, restaurants, beach, Moais, airport, etc. The place is very organized and clean, with easy access. Diego answered our questions very quickly and solved the situations we had quickly, very friendly and proactive 👍🏼

Stay is central and the hosts are very helpful. Breakfast is cereal, toast, cold cuts and donuts. Coffee not good. My only real complaint is the mattresses in our room have lost all their spring and are very soft. No good for a bad back. Everything else was great.
