Το ακίνητο αποτελείται από δύο κατοικίες (Α&Β) στο ίδιο κτήμα, ιδανικές για όσους θέλουν να βρίσκονται κοντά με φίλους ή οικογένεια, διατηρώντας την αυτονομία τους. Οι εξωτερικοί χώροι είναι κοινόχρηστοι. Το Πετρόσπιτο είναι ένα παραδοσιακό οίκημα στο γραφικό χωριό Σίτσαινα του δήμου Μετσόβου.
