House vacation rentals in East Warburton

Property was exactly like described. Very homely and everything we needed. Kitchen had plenty of crockery and utensils. Property was clean & the main bedroom bed was super comfy. Nice outdoor area, we didn’t use the pool but would definitely book the property again for a summer weekend. Worth what we paid for our stay.

The property was exactly what we expected and more. All rooms are a generous size with clean and comfy beds. The upstairs Living / Dining catered for all guests with beautiful views from the upstairs balcony. We all loved the heated plunge pool, easy access from the house and the outdoor shower was a bonus. Host answered all our questions promptly and made our stay a wonderful experience.

We absolutely loved our stay, the house is lovely and well equipped. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in at an air BNB stay. The house was very homely and you feel comfortable immediately. The outdoor area is beautiful and the pool was lovely. The weather wasn’t quite warm enough to enjoy the pool as much as we’d have liked. The host are very responsive and lovely to communicate with.

Saltwater Villa exceeded our expectations in so many areas. It has lots of living spaces, good sized bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The house is a classic example of art deco architecture and is furnished sympathetically with lovely inclusions. We were a group of 7 and everyone loved the house. Tamara is very responsive. I am hoping we will return one day.

Saeed's property was as described. Inside the house, there was ample space to relax and unwind. The house was clean and tidy and the BBQ was prepped and ready for use. The pool area was also clean and easy to access. The internal central heating worked really quickly when the night became cold. The house was set up with a swing, hammock, fooseball table as well as a few other games. Saeed was a helpful and responsive host, willing to accommodate us. I would mention that it is one large house on the property, separating guests from Saeed's family by an internal locked door (so noise could be heard from the other side of the door). The pool can also be seen from the entire house, so if you wanted privacy, this is probably not the accommodation for you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Kelli’s. Her home was immaculate with all the amenities to make our stay even more enjoyable. Kelli was extremely responsive and one of the nicest hosts we’ve ever dealt with. I’d thoroughly recommend staying here.

this house was amazing for our three active families! there was a pool, table tennis, futsal, air hockey and then in the extended back yard a play ground, sand pit, cricket pitch, soccer, footy, tennis and an aquatic centre. A short drive we had the beach! too much to do and too little time. The loving and dining spaces were top notch. We loved this house!

Great place with lots of outdoor space and great pool. Responsive team as we needed some help with the pool. Priced appropriately. Great cancellation policy. Would stay again.

This is a wonderful place close to Sorrento village and both the bay as well as the ocean beaches, yet quiet and tucked away to be peaceful. Everything was clean and well organised too. We would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at smiths beach. We were down for a funeral and the house was a homely, friendly place to retire to at the end of the day…. oozing retro beach house charm that I hope never gets updated! I could hear the waves at night and slept extremely well.

Lovely weekend stay at Sam’s house. Beautiful quiet location, lovely clean house with cosy linen and blankets and very comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at Zoe's Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how immaculate the house was. It was clear that Zoe takes great pride in maintaining her space. Everything I needed was readily available, including some unexpected conveniences like cling wrap and foil, which I often miss at other rentals. Zoe was an outstanding host—always just a message away and quick to respond to any questions I had. Her hospitality truly made my stay enjoyable. The location was a delightful bonus; it was nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Great surroundings, very quiet. Lots of different birds around, from magpies, rosellas, even a chook or two. The house was well maintained, and the box of toys was a godsend for our daughter. Amenities were adequate and being only a short distance from the centre of Healesville means dealing with traffic is a non-issue.

I wanted somewhere homely and low key to mark my 60th birthday. Let me sum up our experience in this hidden treasure...WOW! As a family of 6, we had space when needed but came together to play pool, to watch me as a new 60 year old take on the trampoline, and gather on the balcony to reflect on our days. What a totally joyous experience. We had s much space and still had a spare bedroom. I look forward to having a "full house" here when my son, daughter in law and grandchildren visit from Perth. The bedroom with the bunks will be perfect for them. We look forward to booking this again, with all my family next time. We stayed here for just over a week and did not want to leave! It’s the perfect accom for a young family. You can tell the home has been renovated with a lot of thought put into it. We loved the style and the setup of the backyard, was lovely to relax outside. The barbecue was handy and we did a lot of cooking - the kitchen also has everything you need and is well equipped. We spent a lot of time out the back or sitting out on the front deck. It is walking distance to the beach, 2 min drive to the patrolled beach. It’s a great base for visiting the island. We were truly sad to leave, we had such a fabulous time. Angus was easy to reach and responded quickly to any messages. Highly recommend this home, we would love to return. Thank you

Perfect beach house for a family holiday. We really enjoyed spending time at the balcony with views to the sea and sunset. Great location near the supermarket, shop and Ocean Groove beach.

Great place to stay for the weekend. Fireplace was cosy, deck was lovely to relax on. Very dog friendly, however not totally dog safe with no gate on the deck. Had all the essentials for a lovely Airbnb.

We had an amazing two-night stay in Sorrento with our two young children and parents. The house was a perfect fit for our family—my kids loved the bunk beds, and my parents enjoyed their own private space. The large dining table comfortably fit everyone, and the outdoor play area, especially the boat, was a huge hit with the kids. Everything was clean, and towels were provided. One thing to note: there’s only one Aircon system in the living room, but each bedroom has a fan and heater, which worked perfectly for our fall visit. Cassie was a fantastic host—super responsive and helpful. The location is great, just a 5-minute drive from restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

A short stay but we found Erland Beach house so clean, comfortable & convenient with just a short walk to the beach.
