Gioia’s home was bright and welcoming, it is in an excellent location - extremely close proximity to Woolies, Luna Park and the beach - if you’ve a puppy - there are plenty of doggy friendly places around. The home has everything you need, check in was sooooo easy and provided a restful home for our weekend.

Our family had the most wonderful weekend stay at the Kalorama Cottage. Our last little getaway as a family of 4! Our daughter loved the place so much that she asked if we could stay forever. Clean and beautifully kept cottage with everything you need, surrounded by nature. Jade and Daniel were very welcoming and very proactive with communication prior to check-in and throughout our stay. Middle Park is a great location to base yourself in when you are in Melbourne. The beach is at one end of the street, the F1 start line at the other. The 96 tram is right there at the end of the street, to whisk you into the centre of Melbourne or to St Kilda and beyond. South Melbourne Market is two stops up the tram line, with enough food options to last your stay. The apartment is a beautiful Art Deco building, sympathetically updated with a recent kitchen and bathroom. It's an old building and can get chilly in the winter, but there is a gas fireplace in the living room and heater/chiller in the centre to keep you warm. Two good sized bedrooms, and a small third bedroom through one of the main bedrooms. We've stayed with this host twice, and both times it has been a great stay. Thank you Gary.

Lovely apartment in a cracking location (surrounded by outstanding cafes and pubs). Kali was very helpful and made check in extremely easy.

Great apartment in a great location. Hosts Paul & Dan were very responsive, making sure all was OK before and during our stay. The location was near the Crown casino, which you could easily walk too, along with South Wharf DFO and restaurants. There is an IGA around the corner. A great experience and loved the location!
