Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in East Lampeter Township

Marlin's house was absolutely beautiful and The cleanliness was pristine. there were complementary items to use such as granola bars, shampoos and conditioners, lotions, even down to makeup removal pads. Everything was well thought out. The only issue that we had was the fridge wasn't cooling enough but he was very proactive in getting a repairman out within a couple of hours to take care of the problem. I am not complaining just using that as an example of how helpful the host was. This was our first family trip to Amish country and we wanted to get the best from our experience. This house was great to stay at since it is right in the heart of Amish country and surrounded by Amish farms. Plus, it is very convenient being only 5 to 10 minutes away from all the local attractions. We truly enjoyed our stay and loved being able to sit out on the back patio that is screened in to enjoy coffee in the mornings. We will definitely keep this house in mind as our first choice for future visits

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely loved it! Peaceful and quiet location but just around the corner from everything you need while visiting Lancaster. We especially love the comfortable beds! Like sleeping on a cloud! Thanks for having us!

Beautiful well-maintained, historic home. The Innkeeper's Quarters was very spacious and neat as a pin! The main bedroom is very comfortable with 2 queen beds, great for families that need to keep an eye on the kids. And it also has a private bedroom upstairs. Great amenities such as washer/dryer, hot tub, fancy bathroom upstairs, and everything you could ask for in the kitchen. Beautiful surroundings and so many things to do and see close by (<10 minutes from Sight & Sound Theatres). This home is attached to the main estate, so you will probably hear other guests from time to time if someone is staying there at the same time. Such a great place to be that you might not want to leave 😊

What a beautiful home and scenery! Everything was just as it was described and more! We felt right at home! Everything was so clean and spotless! Plenty of towels, as well as, laundry pods, etc. Katrina was so helpful and responsive! She even got us in earlier than anticipated! We will definitely stay here again if we can ever come back!

Great location in Amish country with a peaceful, enjoyable yard. Landscaping was beautiful, and my little one loved the playset and basketball court. The individual A/C units in the upstairs bedrooms made it very comfortable. The kitchen could be better stocked — we bought a local bottle of wine and couldn’t find a corkscrew, but Kayla was very responsive and brought one the next day! I’d suggest adding kitchen scissors, pizza pans, and a pizza cutter to pair with the great outdoor Breoo pizza oven. A better-stocked kitchen would really set this rental apart. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return!

The Sunrise Guesthouse is spacious, clean and perfectly located in a quiet country setting, less than 10 minutes from everything. Our family loved the huge sunroom across the entire back of the house overlooking farms, fields, and cows. We could hear the quaint sounds of horses and wagons close by each day. The house was even better than we hoped and included the practical necessities such as plenty of linens, towels, multiple cozy couches, comfortable oversized chairs, dining areas, workspace, laundry and more. My mom who is elderly was so blessed by the living space and bedrooms all on the main floor so she did not need to worry about steps. So many extras like a finished basement, outdoor seating, large driveway, attached garage and lovely decor throughout the home which created a warm welcome. Communication with our host was also excellent. The Sunrise Guesthouse is the perfect place to gather after a day of exploring. Our time spent at the house was truly a highlight of our trip.

Our family had a lovely time in Tyler's home. Everything was as the pictures and description detailed, if not better in person. We enjoyed the open yet cozy space, peaceful environment, large yard, and wonderful hot tub. Tyler provided an extensive list of local restaurants, attractions, home information, ect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at! It was clean and was such a cute space. We had no issues at all during our stay. It was quiet and in a super nice neighborhood. We would definitely return the next time we visit Amish country!

LuAnn was a wonderful host, and her place was immaculate and cozy. She accommodated an early arrival request, was quick with her responses, and we felt very comfortable staying at this place. It was super clean, very neat, and nicely decorated. The welcome cookies were a delicious surprise. Already looking forward to booking here in the future!

This was a lovely place to stay for a few days. The host is a great communicator. Well defined rules. They have plenty of linens, towels and pillows. The bathroom is loaded with things you may need. The kitchen is the same way. There are treats set in a basket on the table. I brought my own coffee but coffee is readily available. Air conditioning works perfectly. The area is quiet and private. I would stay here again .

This place was so lovely. Peaceful and surrounded by nature yet close enough to my daughter’s soccer tournament. My kids enjoyed the board games. Wish we had more time. The history communicates effectively and with reasonable time.

Brian was a great host and the home was wonderful to stay in. Easy instructions and not too many house rules, so we didn't feel like we were on edge. The loft was very unique and had so much to be discovered.

Apartment is large and very nice. Lancaster downtown is very pretty. We enjoyed walking around restaurants and shops.

My daughter and I enjoyed our two-night stay at Wendy’s place. It was quiet and very clean. We loved the vintage decor, and the bed was comfortable.

Wonderful experience, I really can't say one negative thing. Beautiful farm located in Amish country. My wife and I loved petting the calves, dogs and kittens. Wilma had cookies, bread, milk and eggs for us. Can't wait to go back!

The room was exactly as shown. Whitney was communicative, friendly and helpful. She graciously worked with us on our check-in time as we were coming in for a wedding and we were running really late. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had some nice complimentary toiletries. Thanks so much for everything!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Very clean, peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Val was so helpful with ideas of what to see in town. We can’t wait to return. One of the best places we have stayed by far.
