This property is great for families with enough entertainment and space for everyone to feel comfortable. Matter of fact, it was the cleanest house I have ever stayed at. In addition, basic toiletries are included such as toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Along with some snacks. I 100% recommend this property!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! What a beautiful home and fully equipped with everything to have enjoyed our stay and time with family. We loved how clean the backyard and pool area was. The house was extremely clean and neat. The bedrooms had super comfortable beds and the linen was fresh and clean. Bathrooms had extras of everything so we wouldn't run out of necessary items. The kitchen was fully equipped with all sorts of gadgets we needed for cooking. Everyone that we communicated with from Emperor Rentals were super quick to respond and were willing to work with our inquiries. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and pleasant experience. We would most definitely come back again.

The house was very clean and spacious . Fenced in back yard was great for our dogs . Pool was very clean and refreshing. Was very nice to take a dip in the pool after hot day at Busch Gardens .

This is the second time we've been able to book this home and if it's available I will book it again when we return. There is a park and walking trails across the street. The trails go along the Hillsborough River where you can see all the fun Florida birds. The accommodations are fantastic. It is clear the hosts care about details, including fluffy towels and sample shampoos and conditioners in the bathroom. I also appreciate the water pressure and quickness of the hot water tank to heat the water in the shower. This kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. There are beach towels to use for the pool, as well comfortable deck chairs and floats. The hosts were very responsive, and asked if they could come over to clean the pool after an unusually heavy rain. Our family would love to stay there again when we visit Tampa.

House was exactly as advertised, pool and atmosphere was extremely relaxing!

We loved this place!! My family and I stayed for the weekend for my oldest son's college graduation and were so happy to have found this gem! The pool was fantastic. They went crazy for the pool table! The kitchen is much bigger than expected and the couch is amazingly comfortable. Jeannette and Nathaniel are very proactive and fast with their communication. We loved this place! Highly recommend and will be back for sure!

this was a perfect house to get our family ready in for our daughter's wedding. The owners do park on the property as well which honestly was okay with us because if we needed something they would respond quickly being near by. we give this place a 10/10.

We had a great stay for 4 days. Enjoyed the pool and backyard. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend to anyone for U Tampa graduation(we were there for), Busch Gardens or even casino

the house was beautiful with lots of amenities. it was super close to everything we wanted to visit in Tampa. there was a nice Chicken theme in the dogs had a great time as well!! I would definitely recommend

Tomas’s place was great. We just needed a place to spend the night for a concert we were attending close by. The house was so so clean and tidy, beds were comfy and it was only 5 mins away from the concert venue. Will definitely stay again if we’re ever back in the area.

José place was just like the photos provided roomy and clean. designated parking private entry felt safe and secured. Neighborhood is very quite felt like home away from home. Will definitely visit tampa again soon and will definitely book José,s place again!!! 10/10 I definitely would recommend! Also the location was up the street from Bush Gardens and 15 minute drive to downtown Tampa and 18-20 minute drive to the airport

Our 8 night stay at Carrie’s charming little place was exactly what we needed for our visit to family in Florida. It was the perfect size for my wife and I and everyday we looked to the privacy and comfort of our little home away from home after the day’s adventures. The price was excellent and Carrie was quick to respond to any questions or needs that we had. We would definitely stay here again when we get a chance to return. Thanks for everything Carrie!

We stayed at Victoria's place while we were in town for a professional development training. The home was well-decorated, clean and comfortable, and had all the necessities required to make a trip out of town easy. We packed lightly and appreciated the availability of the washer and dryer so we didn't have to schlep dirty laundry home with us.

I recently stayed at Rasheda's place while attending my daughter's graduation at USF. The place was spotless—seriously clean and clearly well taken care of. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, with little traffic, yet still close to everywhere we needed to go. My wife and mom felt right at home in the kitchen and laundry room, which were both fully equipped. I even grilled some meat on the house’s barbecue—the gas tank was full and there were even tongs ready to use. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting my daughter, and I highly recommend it to anyone.

James's house was spotlessly clean. He provided very detailed instructions for check-in and check-out. Everything is well-organized and we appreciated the water and snacks after a long drive. The beds were comfortable and the walk-in showers had good pressure. The air conditioning works well and the house was a cool respite from the current heat wave. We would happily book James's house again in the future.

Tampa Tour House was a great place to stay! It was very clean and cozy! Maria was very responsive and made check in a breeze! We only stayed one night for our concert at the amphitheater but the house was super close to the venue! Which made our trip even easier! Overall we would come back and rent this house any time we come to town for a show! They have a cute wall to add all your concert pictures to, which was a cute addition! Highly recommend staying here!
