Charming, clean, well decorated and maintained, excellent walkable location. High quality linens, pillows, towels. Enclosed, private outdoor area. Great A/C and fans. Washer/dryer with detergent. Appreciated little details, like the velvet lined drawers, shampoo/conditioner/soap, and books. Has everything you need. 10/10 would stay here again. Friendly and professional host! I absolutely loved my stay at this adorable airbnb! It is right in the heart of Dunedin and you can really immerse yourself in the area! The airbnb was well stocked with everything you may need for your stay. Our particular unit was on the upper level, so be mindful of that if you have mobility issues. They were kind enough to assist me with my suitcase upon my departure. Would definitely stay at again, thank you Jennifer and Kevin for a wonderful week!

Confession: I almost don’t want to write this review because I want this place to stay my little pre-cruise hideaway. But here we are. This Airbnb was absolutely adorable—I walked in and immediately wanted to hire the host to redecorate my entire life. Every detail was spot on: cozy but modern, clean as a whistle, and so well thought out. It made the night before our cruise feel like a vacation all on its own. If you’re debating, just book it (but maybe leave it open for when I want to come back, thanks!).

I stayed for a month and it was perfect for my dog and I. Big back yard, not fenced but plenty of room for your dog to roam. I work remotely and the desk with a desk chair was perfect. Jeremy was super responsive when I had an issue with the front door lock and I appreciated the quick resolution and follow up! Would recommend!

Lovely home with everything we needed for a great stay in Palm Harbor. Everything as described and pictured. Pool was the highlight! Bedrooms were comfortable. Host was incredibly helpful, responsive to questions and accommodating. Home was convenient to restaurants and shopping, as well as historic downtown Palm Harbor. Our family would definitely stay again!

Sean's place is such a pleasant place, very comfortable, clean, well located We're happy staying there. It was a short time but we're able to do some of the sightseeing the town offers We had been in Greece two years ago, the chance of visiting again is remote, so Tarpon Springs brought us some good memories of the wonderful trip we had once. I can not stress enough that you should stop looking and just book this property! It was just wonderful. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were so perfect! The home was very clean and so well stocked with anything you could need! I always bring our own trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels and was pleasantly surprised they had more than one roll for people (it's the little things). We have stayed at a few homes on Lake Tarpon over the years and this one is our favorite so far! The boat lift is a bonus! Also there is a marina at the end of the canal so this cove will always be dredged for boat passage. We have stayed at a few homes on the lake and found out it was too shallow to get our boat in and out from the dock, this home won't have that issue. Julie is one of the nicest hosts and we truly are grateful for all the love they have put into their home to share with others. We will definitely be back! The neighbors are super nice too!!!

Wonderful cottage. Nicely renovated. Had all the amenities…great kitchen with nice stove and fridge, large decks, lounge chairs, outside seating with umbrella shades, fire pit, grill, coffee maker, bicycles, big screen tv, 2 bedrooms. Close to just about everything. Very nice..cozy…

Gemini place was a real gem. Home was as described. Very roomy, very clean, decor top notch, very comfy and home like feel. Easy walking distance to Spring Bayou, Sponge Docks, shops and restaurants. Less than 50 years to a very spiritual moving shrine, St Michael’s. Very clean and safe neighborhood too. We absolutely loved the home and location.

John’s place was truly a home- away-from-home. Our houses are clean and tidy, so it was nice to stay at a place that matched how the three of us live in our own homes. We stayed at a different Airbnb while visiting relatives on the eastern portion of Florida—It was a true contrast to John’s place! Would absolutely stay at John’s place again and would highly recommend it to others!

We visited for my son's graduation. The house accommodated us very well. Spacious, clean, plenty of towels. The pool, grill, and fire pit was a plus.

Loved staying at Lisa place. It was just as described, clean with plenty of towels for my stay. Bed was super comfortable and she has everything setup for you to seamlessly make yourself at home. I will not hesitate to stay there again.

Marta is a pro host, she is attentive and quick to address any issues. Things happen and how those things are handled is what makes the difference between an ok experience and a great experience. I would absolutely stay at Marta's place again. Her place is equipped with all that you need to be comfortable and to feel right at home. The place is an excellent value!

Location is close to mini great activities very clean and a great value for the money. This is our second time staying at this place and will stay there again next year on our annual trip to Tampa.

We loved our stay! The hosts were great at communicating with us. Very clear instructions. Place was just like the photos. Very enjoyable stay!

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.
