NEW in Groningen! After a year and a half of loving, bold renovations, we’re finally opening the doors this September. This colorful & chic 80 m² apartment is filled with vintage treasures, high ceilings, original details, a large kitchen island, and beautiful stained glass doors. You’ll be staying in a charming historic townhouse in the lively Schildersbuurt neighborhood, just a short walk from Groningen’s city center, great restaurants, and the Noorderplantsoen park right around the corner.

Central apartment on Norderney, close to the sea

Welcome to our cozy apartment! Centrally located & within walking distance to the beach. The bright apartment offers a spacious living and dining area with a kitchenette, a large dining table, and a cozy sitting area. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double size bed. The sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping option, allowing the accommodation of up to four people. There are restaurants, cafes, shopping, and the beach within easy walking distance.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway at the brand new summer cottage. The cottage was completed in 2023 and has everything you need. Lovely bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a nice living room and beautiful nature. There is WiFi, TV, underfloor heating, modern kitchen and there are no less than 3 bedrooms. It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.

This special vacation apartment impresses with its fantastic location – just one dune away from the beach. The town center, with shops, cozy cafes and a movie theater, is a few minutes away on foot. A tennis court and a goldfish pond are also close by. A bike trip to Domäne Bill with the legendary raisin bread is simply a must on Juist. The car-free island offers tranquility, nature and a fantastic 17-km beach. Look forward to relaxing vacation days/island moments.

Dune castles right on the beach

The dune castle is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. Dining options, shops, and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. Currently, our guests are required to clean the vacation rental themselves on the day of departure, which means that the €140 cleaning fee for our vacation rental is waived, and only the €45 cleaning fee for bedding and towels is charged under "Bedding fee" (information under "Additional rules").

Apartment 7 - Haus Windröschen Borkum

3-room apartment with 2 bedrooms for 2 to 6 people. Bedroom 2 is accessible through bedroom 1. The house Windröschen is located in the traffic-calmed and central area of Borkum. Renovated in 2020 and 2021, it is lovingly furnished with a modern interior mix of different style elements and living classics. All important points are within walking distance. 500 m to the beach, 300 m to the train station/starting shopping zone, 350 m to the supermarket.

Villa Hafenkieker

Our semi-detached house, completed in June 2025, offers every comfort for up to 7 people. A fully equipped kitchen with an open living-dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an infrared cabin can be found in the Villa Hafenkieker. In the fenced garden, a seating area, a barbecue and a beach chair invite you to relax. The large playground opposite attracts the kids outside, the existing PlayStation 5 ensures entertaining evenings. Your dog is welcome!

Cozy apartment for two

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.

Style meets coziness

This apartment (40 sqm) is bright, cozy and comfortable, as well as quiet and centrally located. It is decorated in a Scandinavian modern style and is ideal for couples and surfers. Please note that the apartment can be booked for a maximum of 2 adults. Unfortunately, there is no space for baby travel cots in the bedroom.

The cottage is located on the edge of a wooded private weekend settlement. It is generously sized, bright, modernly furnished and very well equipped. It is heavenly there in every season & perfect for a short or longer break in the idyll! For the summer months, there is an in-house stand-up paddle board (SUP).
