Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in East District

A very comfortable apartment in a great location with a great host who speaks very good English. James actually met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment to show us around. We had everything we needed. We really appreciated the capsule coffee maker and the microwave. I would stay here again.

J has been living in it, and we shared the space like a roommate, spending a leisurely and quality time. We only charged a small fee, and it didn't feel like a hotel at all. There were also lively cats and delicious specialty drinks and breakfasts.

We really employed staying here. It was peaceful and quiet, close to great restaurants, bars, massages, and public transportation, and the hosts were so helpful in helping us plan our trip. You can’t control nature and we did experience an earthquake (it’s my third in my life), but in such a newly constructed building built to standards, I have never felt safer. The hosts reached out as it was happening, asked us how we were and provided helpful instructions. I would definitely come back!

The apartment was clean spacious comfortable and a great location in Anping. Three good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious dining/lounge area was perfect for our three generation family of five for 10 days. The airconditioning was great and having a washing machine /dryer made life easier. We did have an issue with the internet falling out at times and this effected the TV. Near by was a supermarket, coffee shop, 7 Eleven and Anping Old Street all within walking distance. Janet was the Perfect Host. Every enquiry was handled promptly and efficiently. Checkin/checkout made easy by Janet despite our lack of language. I would highly recommend this Apartment.

Absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect for enjoying the city as well as perfect for enjoying the peace and quiet of the nearby national nature park. The handwritten welcome note and the e-guidebook that gave recommendations for restaurants and activities were a thoughtful touch. Proximity to HSR as well as travel outside of the city like Liuqiu Island was very easy. We highly recommend staying here!

I was also fluent in English. Communication was very seamless.The time change was also flexible.

We thought we were at the wrong address because the building looks like a luxury mansion!When I passed by, I thought it would be nice to stay here because the building is very luxurious and beautiful!I didn't expect it to be the building we were staying in, and the overall environment was very clean and tidy after check-in, and it was very quiet!Because the floor is high, the night view is also beautiful at night! It can accommodate so many people, and I think it's really cheap for less than 6,000 yuan a night!I wasn't sure if it was really that cheap when I booked, so I checked with the host! The air conditioning in the living room and each room is very cool, and there is a washing machine and clothes hanger, which is really considerate! Next time I go to Tainan, I'll rent this place again. It's really great! Highly recommended!

The host was super communicative, even picked us up from the railway station and also brought us back on our departure. Located near many restaurants. Very spacious home. Great place to unwind after a day of exploring. Washing machine was really convenient to have. Would stay again if ever in Tainan. Thank you, Nai Chang!

Always old houses, private rooms are all on the 2nd floor. To carry your luggage upstairs. Pay attention to the elevator needs of travelers But the whole thing is great!The closet in the homestay is super helpful! Dryer is not in use Directly to help! Thank you so much!

The house is clean and the location is good

Good location, close to all amenities, bus lines nearby, responsive host, who gives a lot of suggestions. Great value.

The Airbnb had a really nice and unique design. Everything there was accurately described, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Host is enthusiastic The room is big too. And TV, electric mahjong But the floor is a little dusty. But it's okay to have indoor slippers.

Located in the most lively part of Guohua Street, there is also a cooperative parking lot, and the slight disadvantage is that it is a little far from the convenience store, but there is also a bicycle provided, so it is not a problem; the host is very kind, and there are problems and all responding immediately to deal with it.

This great little apartment is perfectly situated for anyone attending shows at Kaohsiung Arena, which is about 7 mins walk away. It’s also close to the local underground station- that’s 10 mins walk away. Very easy to get to from the airport. It was clean and tidy, and the friendly host met us for key handover, and left us very good instructions for all the amenities. I highly recommend this apartment. We paid a little more, as we used both bedrooms, but we were two single friends travelling together and that was what we needed.

Beautiful home! Lots of rooms and great amenities (lots of bathrooms, toys for kids, mahjong table, cute furniture like out of a ghibli movie). One thing to notice, the electromagnet is controlled by a light switch so don’t turn everything off when leaving!

It was nice to find this place because it was back to visit family, so it made me feel like home, plus was the washing machine, parking.There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, very convenient! I will definitely stay again if I go back to Taiwan!

One of the most secure rooms in the city. Comes with a built in alarm and a panic button in one of the two rooms. I was placed on the 19th floor and had a killer view. Although my stay was brief for one night the host was kind and magnanimous. Each room comes with its own bathroom and a door lock for privacy. There’s a kitchen with provided utensils and dinning table. 👍🏼
