Vacation rentals with a patio in East Brisbane

Great stay at Susan’s place while in Brisbane for magic round. So close to everything but feels a world away on the other side of the river. Space was incredibly clean and very roomy for my needs. Susan communicated quickly any time I contacted her. Fantastic value and would definitely stay again.

The Unit was in a great area with was access to shops and public transport if you require it. Easy instructions, very clean, Kitchen was well stocked, and bathroom had body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Parking was under cover and safe. Nathalie was very helpful as we had a late check-in after a family wedding in the city. Storme's daughter Liora minded our Moodle Missy when we went to the reception on the Friday night. Liora was polite, friendly and amazing with Missy. We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation. We will certainly stay in the future when in Brisbane again.

Absolutely beautiful central place .. comfortable bed , breakfast provisions , so close to everything. Super clean .. lovely bathroom products. Everything one needs for a night away .

Brilliant location near amazing shopping precinct and restaurants. Walkable to the river and lots of PT into the city. Perfect place for 2 people. Spacious lounge, good-size kitchen and comfortable bed. Quiet. Rob the building manager is so helpful and prompt with communication. Would recommend and will be staying again when we next visit Brisbane.

David and Ellen went above and beyond for our stay. The unit is beautiful and has everything you need for your trip, and their kindness and generosity with their time when orienting us to the space and city was unmatched by anywhere else I have stayed. Thank you so much for being a wonderful part of our vacation!

Excellent location, stones throw to the botanic gardens and Brisbane River walks…brilliant location for restaurants, bars and shopping in the CBD… Mara is a great host, meets you personally and has provided some great basics to make a late night arrival seem less…

Wow what a stay. Great apartment with great views. Close to everything that you could possibly need. Definitely will be staying again. Very comfy. Very private. Very hard to top that weekend..! Melissa was great to communicate with and we had not one drama all weekend.. thank you Melissa🫶

Second time staying at this space. Usually in for two weeks on a business trip. Well-appointed, very walkable, good sized space, comfy and plenty of room and furniture to settle in. Nice to have extra bath, overall will stay again when back in town. Recommend.

It was very comfortable and charming and my family had a great time at the house. The decor was gorgeous and we enjoyed exploring the house. The place is very close to the supermarket and we went to Dinner at Sasso, this italian restaurant nearby and their pizza is to die for! My sister really enjoyed the little bar downstairs and overall it was a very pleasant place to stay. Andy was a very responsive host and it was very easy to communicate with him.

The house was beautiful, good for a big group. Would highly recommend!

Loved Jenny's place. Truly outstanding. Great location to go for the AFL, lot's of cafe's and restaurants nearby and the river too of course! The house itself was outstanding. What you see in the pictures is what you get. A truly beautiful house. Thanks Jenny!

A beautiful AirB&B accommodation for our family over the Mother’s Day weekend!

We liked Sandra’s place on a previous holiday so very pleased it was available for this trip. Comfortable beds, clean and everything is there that you need. The location is perfect for going into the city, Suncorp Stadium and great cafes and restaurants. Public transport is fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

place was as described. very responsive when we did not have hot water as the gas tank was empty. Henry came to check and assist. although it was quite a wait and had to postpone some of our itinerary, it was handled well. it was beautiful and calm. worth your money for the serenity. thank you Joy and team!

This accommodation is the same as the photos. The host Elisa was very kind and responded quickly to all inquiries. There were no major problems during my stay, but I think they would have handled it quickly if there were any inconveniences. When I entered the accommodation, there was a welcome drink and chocolate, so I felt welcome. All bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Warm water also came out right away, and there was shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even a good coconut-scented spray :-p The washer and dryer were also very useful, and there was also detergent. The kitchen was large and there were plenty of cutlery, such as tableware, cups, spoons, forks, and knives. Oh! I didn't see the cheese grinder, but I may not have found it. Woolworths, coles, Aldi were all within 10-15 minutes of the capital, and where there was a grocery store There is a shopping center, so it seems easy to buy simple meals. The area around the property was quiet and peaceful as it was a school and a residential area. The accommodation also had a device that could warm the temperature. There's nothing to criticize. I am also satisfied with the price of the accommodation. I was able to stay in a nice accommodation, so I was able to be more satisfied with my trip to Brisbane. If I get the chance to travel again, I'd like to choose one of Elisa's accommodations again.

My parents and I had a marvellous stay at Anissa’s well-considered and long-cultivated homespace highrise rental. The rooms and common spaces were well-curated with conveniences and beauty. For culinary-oriented folks, the kitchen is well equipped and provisioned. For techie-folk, there is an abundance of USB-based charging infrastructure. The only hiccup was a lift (elevator) that was out of order during our first 2 days. This was unforeseeable and no fault at all goes to Anissa. Additionally, Anissa had so many pro-tips (and has good taste). We ate at DooDee Boran which was next door and delicious. The City Botanic Gardens and all of the museums were either walkable or easily accessed via public transportation, ferry/CityCat, or rideshare app from where the apartment is located. I recommend this space for those who appreciate a host who has opened their home to you and cares about your experience while there.

Great spot! Walking distance to lots of great restaurants and coffee shops. Host was super quick to reply to any questions I had. Place was super clean and tidy.

The apartment is in a great location, walkable distance to not only restaurants/bars but also local train stations making travel to/from and around the area easy. The rooftop pool and sitting area is also a great bonus. The apartment itself is well furnished, clean throughout and well stocked with amenities. We especially appreciated the cold water in the fridge! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Brisbane and recommend to any others looking for a few days away in the city
