The underground carpark is $35 per night, and you can use the same lift to your unit. Currently there is a demolishing next building. If we could give this Airbnb 6 stars, we would. Nestled in a very peaceful part of Brisbane and right near Lone Pine, Barry and Lynn provide one of the nicest stays you could hope for. As hosts, they are both very friendly and helpful and ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. It was spotlessly clean and very spacious. We found it to be very well stocked with anything you could possibly need, even more than our own home! I'd you're planning to be in or near this area, we cannot recommend Barry & Lynn's place any more.

Selina’s place is a great central location! Walking distance to Albert Street shops and Queen Street mall, great restaurants, and a park across the road. Easy walk to the central bus station, easy to catch a bus to Suncorp Stadium etc. Selina’s place was well equipped with everything you could need for a stay! She greeted us on check in and showed us around which we really appreciated! The pool is a bonus, with great views to the Brisbane river! Would highly recommend :)

My parents and I had a marvellous stay at Anissa’s well-considered and long-cultivated homespace highrise rental. The rooms and common spaces were well-curated with conveniences and beauty. For culinary-oriented folks, the kitchen is well equipped and provisioned. For techie-folk, there is an abundance of USB-based charging infrastructure. The only hiccup was a lift (elevator) that was out of order during our first 2 days. This was unforeseeable and no fault at all goes to Anissa. Additionally, Anissa had so many pro-tips (and has good taste). We ate at DooDee Boran which was next door and delicious. The City Botanic Gardens and all of the museums were either walkable or easily accessed via public transportation, ferry/CityCat, or rideshare app from where the apartment is located. I recommend this space for those who appreciate a host who has opened their home to you and cares about your experience while there.

This was our 4th visit to Alan's lovely house. We had another very pleasant stay. With front and back verandahs, there is always a pleasant spot to sit with a coffee or dine with friends. Easy access to buses, shops and cafes, means very little driving is required. We will come again

The apartment is in a great location, walkable distance to not only restaurants/bars but also local train stations making travel to/from and around the area easy. The rooftop pool and sitting area is also a great bonus. The apartment itself is well furnished, clean throughout and well stocked with amenities. We especially appreciated the cold water in the fridge! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Brisbane and recommend to any others looking for a few days away in the city
