Great townhouse complex, quiet, easy walk to the restaurant and low rise hotels

During our trip, we stayed at two locations: the Hilton and later at Judy’s Place. At the Hilton, the standout features were the breakfast and its close proximity to restaurants and the bustling area. However, most of the notable amenities were found at Judy's Place. Judy’s Place was incredible and exceptionally comfortable. My family absolutely loved our stay there. For those considering a visit to Aruba, I recommend staying at Eagle Beach and renting a car, Judy’s Place proved to be an excellent choice. The place featured: -Close proximity to the beach -Ample space for a family of up to 4 members -A pleasant community pool that was often uncrowded -Complimentary parking -An excellent grill (a significant highlight for Brazilians) -A generous welcome kit upon arrival, including beers -Top-notch air conditioning (crucial in Aruba’s heat!) -A cozy and inviting ambiance -An efficient washer and dryer -A fully-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher.

This is a wonderful home in a safe, pristine community. We enjoyed being so close to some of the best beaches in Aruba-- just a couple of minutes by car from incredible snorkeling and a short drive from wind and kite surfing opportunities at Fisherman's Huts. The house was impeccably well equipped with all the essentials (coffee grinder, toaster, grill (a well equipped kitchen generally) snorkel gear, extra beach towels, beach chairs). We really liked being able to spend a few hours at the beach and then come back and use one of the community's 3 private swimming pools-- or just sun bathe in the back patio. The larger private pool has a cool view of a nature preserve and a really good attached bar/restaurant. When we come back to Aruba, I'd love to stay here again.

Since I chose this house, Petra answered all my questions, always available to answer everything. Upon arrival at the house, she had decorated it with balloons and banners, knowing that it was my birthday in a few days. The tidiness and cleanliness of the house are perfect. The house's equipment is more than enough, it has every last detail, absolutely nothing is missing to have a super comfortable stay as a family. I only have words of gratitude for Petra, who was always available. the neighborhood is beautiful and it is right in front of the complex's pool, in the afternoon we came from the beach and we could continue enjoying the pool. The house is very comfortable and Petra is the best host. Thank you ✨️

Perfect place to stay in Aruba, all you need is a rental vehicle to go to downtown which is a 5 minute drive if you which to go there. Beach 5 minute walk. Perfect place, perfect beach and private pool. Rental is recommended so you can move around instead of paying 5 dollars for a taxi or more each way depends where you going.

Manuel was a great host. We had problems with the airline cancelling and rescheduling our flights, which required changes to the booking. This is the kind of problem that can be expensive and a pain if you need to find other temporary accomodations. Manuel was quickly responsive and so helpful. We really appreciated his support and in the end we had a hassle free vacation. The condo was perfect for our needs. We were 2 couples, and the 2 bedrooms each had their private baths which is very nice when travelling with friends. Nice terase, grounds and pool. Location is great. Quick walk to one of the most beautiful beaches, and easy walk to many restaurants. We had an awesome vacation in Aruba!

I have stayed in different airb&b in Aruba and found that Enzo’s place tops the list. Very spacious, clean and literally a 5 minute walk to the beach. Enzo and Miss Chantal were very attentive. Mil gracias, Enzo!

We had a lovely stay at Rafael’s condo in Noord! Very close to lots of restaurants and not a far drive from the airport or downtown area. Rafael’s home was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. We had plenty of towels, hot water, and a kitchen fully stacked with utensils and amenities. AC worked great. Also loved the access to washer and dryer inside the home. The complex has 3 pools, a hot tub, Clubhouse, and gym as well. We had one small issue with the dryer not working but Rafael answered promptly and sent someone immediately to check on the issue and it was resolved in a matter of hours. Overall loved this stay and highly recommend!

The condo is spacious, well equipped, great location, great amenities, and exactly as advertised. The photos are representative of the condo. The property managers are very friendly, knowledgeable and were quick to respond to all our queries! Definitely would recommend a car if you’re planning on traveling all over the island but taxis are reasonable as well. We spent a month here and loved every minute of it!!💕

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute walk to the stunning Eagle Beach. The house itself is super modern and situated in a well-maintained complex with a beautiful pool and a lovely green space. It was incredibly comfortable for the eight of us, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay: high-quality bed linens and towels for both personal use and the pool, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with top-notch cookware and utensils. Additionally, the house comes with great beach essentials, including lounge chairs and a convenient rolling cooler, making beach trips effortless. Franklin, our host, was extremely kind and responsive, answering all our questions with great attention. Overall, our experience was outstanding, and we highly recommend this house and Aruba Home Minders. They truly know how to provide guests with the best experience!

Casa de Pauline is a great “Home away from Home”! Very clean and decorated very nice! The rental of Pauline’s Nissan Cube is an added benefit! Pauline is great to deal with and very very friendly ! Gold Coast villas has a great location, friendly security and beautiful pools!

My recent stay was nothing short of exceptional! The property was impeccably clean and offered a spacious layout that provided both comfort and convenience. One of the standout features was the private pool, although small, it added a touch of luxury to our stay and made for perfect relaxing afternoons. The serene surroundings and thoughtful amenities truly elevated our experience, making it a memorable vacation. I would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Aruba.

The townhouse was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for meal preparation. The tap water was very good to drink. The walk to Eagle Beach was quick. The beach chairs provided are lightweight and have straps for your back. We ate dinner at Palm Beach/Noord most nights for a $10 taxi ride one way. The WiFi, which is also at the pool area, is excellent. Super Food (grocery store) and restaurants have WiFi. It is windy and relatively dry. I highly recommend this townhouse.

My little family fell in love with the place, the approximate to the pools, the security at the entrance, the privacy of the patio, each pool had a grill, the place has its own car space for parking. The location of the place made it easy to go anywhere on the beautiful small island. You will need a car rental on Aruba. And the locals are very nice.

Fantastic place. Lovely and spacious. Super clean and comfortable. We were met at the door on our schedule and provided lots of information. Beds are very comfortable. Bedding and towels of very high quality with plenty of each. Beach towels are big and thick - no need to bring your own. All the amenities you need. Great quality beach chairs. Everything about the house was done in great taste, was squeaky clean and felt brand new. Location is excellent and the grounds of the condo complex are gorgeous. All the pots, pans, etc you need for cooking in were provided and all were of very good quality and in excellent condition. Refrigerator/freezer are big and of very good quality. The owner seemed to think of everything, including two snorkel masks (bring your own snorkel and water shoes), laundry detergent, umbrella and much more. Closets were spacious with plenty of hangers. Excellent place. I will definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was very clean and peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were awesome. It was nice to have a space out back where we could have drinks and coffee in the morning. We ate at the clubhouse for dinner one night and the hamburgers were delicious. The pool across the street from our unit was pristine and quiet. The security people were friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here. Hope to come back.

Perfection from start to finish !! This property was absolutely amazing. Initially there was a problem with the AC where a lizard had climbed in to the AC unit outside and tripped the electric, so there might have been an issue to check in for the first night, which I expressed my inconvenience due to long travelling from the uk to arrive with my wife and 4 year old son. They assured me an alternative property on palm beach was available for one night stay which we hoped that wouldn’t be the case as we arrived late also.. however Rolando my host and the team went above and beyond at resolving the problem to make sure me and my family would check in on the night . Thank you Rolando and the Team👏🏻 they were outstanding and responsive ! The property was amazing , clean , modern , pristine and in a lovely safe neighbourhood. Suitable for family’s and taking in to consideration the people that live in the nieghbourgood also. We will definitely return next year.

So beautiful and clean! It’s steps from the beach and has amazing views while also being very private and quiet. We loved staying at this airbnb. Definitely would recommend! 10/10

We absolutely loved our unit at Tuscany Residence! Luxurious, spotless, spacious, well-appointed decor, everything you could need in a kitchen, comfy beds, multiple outdoor spaces, laundry, walking distance to beaches, chairs, towels, cooler...Kevin thought of everything! We booked at the last minute and were so glad we were able to stay here. Will definitely recommend and hope to stay again. One thing to note: the Air B and B site posted the price in AFL but we were charged that same amount in USD. For what you get, it was still a fair price. Can't wait to see how the rest of the development progresses!

Great location near to the end of Palm Beach. It was easily walkable to the beach, even with a toddler and stroller, to go back and forth between the Airbnb and beach day and night - about ten minutes. We loved the unit itself and pool amenities, well laid out with shade available all day, kiddie pool and adult pool connected for family fun. It felt private with the added joy of other guests or condo owners around. The toilet outside the unit and on the top floor really made it convenient for whichever floor you were hanging out on to have what you need. We opted to cook most meals and use the bbq on the upper floor. Everything you need to have a great meal and enjoy the surroundings. The local stores have what you need but a short drive or taxi to the big grocery stores was useful. The team of Bocabay always responded to our questions. We would definitely come back.
