The Villa is built on an elevated corner lot making it very private. It has an open floor plan, with a large fully stocked kitchen and living room. The pool area and deck are great place to spend endless nights. Minutes to best beaches. Mini Golfing in the back yard. Hot tub is not heated.

Our beautiful home has a prime location of less then 5 minutes drive to the popular beaches, restaurants, resorts, and attractions. The Ritz-Carlton and Marriott Hotels are in eyesight. This beautiful, comfortable and brandnew house is waiting for you ! Fully airconditioned inside. Free wifi on the whole property. Big kitchen with big refrigerator for big families. It has its own private pool outside with its BBQ and outside lounge area. Free beach chairs and icejug. Just 5 minute drive from the beautiful beaches and the hotel area with plenty of food and bar options. Supermarkets are around the corner.

For our first time in Aruba we knew we wanted to spend most of our days touring the island vs spending it all at the same beach. Sanja’s place was perfect for us to do that. The complex was safe, beautiful, peaceful, and only a 5 minute drive to the popular Palm Beach area. The condo was clean, exactly as pictured, stocked with everything to get you started, three pools a huge plus, and the restaurant on sight (we had dinner one night there) was one of our best meals on the island. Sanja checked on us when we arrived and before we left.. we thankfully didn’t need her during our stay, but I’m sure she would have been very responsive if we did. 10/10 recommend for a family affordable place to stay!

Sean provided beautiful accommodations - our family of 5 felt right at home. He gave us very descriptive recommendations for local places to visit. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed, including beach chairs & accessories for the beach. The neighborhood was safe, secure, and well kept. The pool, spa, and restaurant were excellent. We enjoyed our stay at Sean’s place and can’t wait to return!

The airbnb was prefect. It was very clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of beach towels, chairs and coolers. There are nearby coffee shops and GREAT local pastry shop, also a close by grocery store. You are less than 5min from a beech and very close to lighthouse with a beautiful view. It was great to have a pool and rooftop decks with awesome views. The beds are super comfortable I slept great. The glass doors and windows are so well made you don't hear any outside noise. The AC works great and you can individually control each room. We are definitely going to go to Aruba again and will stay here. David and his team are GREAT

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was a close driving distance to Palm beach and everything else was super close driving. The house offered many different places to hang out- by the pool, upstairs balcony and in the spacious living room. We were extremely comfortable as a family of four and will have some great memories we won’t soon forget! Thank you for the beautiful rental- it made our vacation!

Beautiful property with a perfect private pool. Great experience for our small family who typically sticks to hotels. The house was very clean and had everything you needed to have a fun day at the beach or to relax in the pool. One note: the neighborhood is a bit noisy with the wild roosters and dogs. We brought a white noise machine for our daughter so it wasn't an issue but could bother some light sleepers. We would still take animal noise over people noise any day!

We spent 12 nights in Villa Moscardini including the studio which perfectly suited our family group of 10 people. The studio was a great match to my parents who wanted some privacy. The villa provided plenty of room for the remaining 8 of us (4 adults + 4 children aged 9-13). It was super nice that all 4 bedrooms had ensuite bathroom, and a great bonus with the 5th guest/shared bathroom in the house and very convenient with the extra toilet room outside in the pool area. House keeping, pool cleaning and gardening was carried out regularly and all the staff was excellent. As we travelled from very far away the separate shower, beach and pool towels was really appreciated, together with all other equipment the villa came with (umbrellas, chairs and cooler for the beach, snorkeling gear, floaties, etc. Viktor was so service minded and responded quickly to any inquiry we had. We also rented a car from Viktor which gave us the freedom to explore Aruba and all it has to offer. Thank you! ❤️

Both Ken and Aimee communicated proactively with me from the beginning to the end of the reservation and stay, the directions were clear and the description corresponds perfectly, we found a damaged beach chair and the next day we had two new chairs to use, it also has a cooler that helped us to bring food and water every day, I would stay again perfectly.

George was an awesome host that was very friendly and responsive. He even offered to take us to the airport for our car rental. His place was clean and spacious enough for four people. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling to Aruba. Just something to keep in mind is that it's about a 20 minute walk to the beach but only 5 minutes by car.

Stanley & Vicky are amazing! Great communication throughout our trip. Stan greeted us arriving and leaving. Place was perfect for our family. Loved everything! Place was so great. All bedrooms spread out nicely for privacy. Every bedroom had their own private full bath. The whole property is designed great! Outside small pool, patio furniture, bar, grill, all wonderful. It had all pots, pans, utensils, blender for drinks, 12 cup coffee maker, toaster, oven etc..we even grilled out one evening. The food is fabulous in Aruba. Do not have to cook if you do not want to. I recommend renting a car to see all the beaches and sites. If you do not wish to rent a car, they do have taxis, or the bus. There is a beach view from the rooftop. The beach is too far to walk in the Aruban sun. This place is a gem! Highly recommend it!
