Sunset House Trabzon

You can relax with your family in this peaceful and privacy-friendly accommodation. Although it is close to the city center. You do not feel the warmth because it is a house on the hill. There is air conditioning in the living room. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms but the rooms are cool during the night. It is 23 km from the center of Trabzon and takes 20 minutes. Affordable for you to explore. The entire house is rented. There will be no other tenants in the building.

Yeşildere Villa 2

Surrounded by trees, nature and a calm environment by the river, the house offers a very quiet holiday. It has a magnificent nature view. The house has a garden area where you can barbecue and a camellia. . There are equipments you will need in the house. (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, kitchen equipment, towels, bed linen, etc.). The distance to the center is 18 km and about 20-25 minutes. The distance to the airport is 25 km and about 30 minutes.

With 3 double-sized beds and 2 sofabeds, a wide family can stay here comfortably. The house is right on the drive way of Hamsiköy, where is famous with it’s own dessert “sütlaç” and popular among tourists. With a great amount of the windows, the apartment gets enough sunlight and you can enjoy the view of the green mountains & garden any time of the day. It’s a quiet, peaceful place where your family will feel like home.
