Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Duval County

We had a wonderful, relaxing time in Jacksonville Beach with dear friends. The home was immaculate and well stocked for a month-long stay. We appreciated having a crock pot so we could go out during the day, but return to a completed dinner. We felt welcomed and well cared for with ideas for a variety of restaurants and activities! Our grandchildren loved the bunk beds!

This was the perfect place for my wife and I to relax, recharge, and rekindle our romance. Paul and Kelly are incredible hosts and they have created an amazing space for couples to unwind and enjoy time with one another. The grounds provide plenty of privacy and the view of the river is beautiful and serene. This was the first time we have stayed in an RV and we found it cozy and very comfortable. The bed is large and comfy and there is plenty of space for cooking and relaxing. We enjoyed interacting with our hosts and they always made sure that we had everything we needed. We look forward to returning again very soon!

“Nancy’s Oasis” was perfectly located for my stay in Jacksonville! Drive just a few miles over to Riverside and Avondale for cute shops and restaurants, and about half an hour to Jax Beach. Perfect little spot that’s close to everything but still feels private and peaceful. The pool house was outfitted with everything I needed during my stay - and more! Nancy was a wonderful host - my very best Airbnb experience yet!

What an amazing place and amazing host!! Exactly as advertised but Curtis provided exceptional service as well. Place was so much fun for our 3 kids and dog, and were able to create our own adventures each day due to the creativity of the place! Recommended highly and we look forward to coming back!

Great spot to stay in Jacksonville without paying beach home prices. Cozy, comfortable home. Would recommend and will definitely look into staying here again if we are ever in the area!

First time in Jacksonville and we fell in love with this neighborhood! The house is awesome!!! My 3 year old jumped right into the pool, it was her favorite thing to do!! The highways separate San Marco, this house is in the residential side but we easily walked under the highway without having to cross major roads to the part with all the restaurants and businesses…we walked to southern grounds with our young kids every morning for breakfast and coffee, it was incredible and so kid friendly! The neighborhood was beautiful, safe, and lots of kids/families around, I wanted to buy a house here I loved it so much! The house was as described and perfect for us! Kitchen had everything we needed, bedrooms were comfy, modern decor, really awesome! The best part was the backyard and pool, we spend a lot of time back there. Also just a great location to see lots of Jacksonville and check out the beaches nearby, we would absolutely stay here again! Very responsive and polite hosts!

Kids loved the pool. Had an awesome stay. James was very responsive. Will definitely be our go to in Jacksonville.
