Tired of taking out the trash, and stripping the bed at most Airbnbs? Our quiet and cozy suite is centrally located in the historic Springfield district, next to downtown Jacksonville. This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

The property is near nature preserves and state parks that are ideal for hiking ,fishing and boating or just relax in any of our many beautiful beaches and enjoy all the fine dining. For entertainment and event venues , Riverside/Downtown is under 30 minutes away. A great place to relax and rest after a day of activities or on your way to your final travel destination.

Enjoy all the comforts of home in this remodeled guesthouse. Features keyless entry for easy self check-in, mini kitchenette with one-burner induction cooktop, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, utensils, and cookware. Free Wi-Fi, 43" Smart TV, linens, full-size bed in the sleeping area with a private deck off the back sitting high amongst the trees. My Newfies might peek over the fence every now and then to say hello :)
