Vacation rentals with a patio in Dutchess County

Chris' place was even more beautiful than in the pictures. Location is perfect, within easy distance of the beautiful Kingston waterfront and nice restaurants. The area is quiet at night and felt very safe. Check-in was smooth and we had everything we needed. We'll definitely be staying there again on our next trip to Kingston.

Andrea was very responsive and took good care of us. We'd definitely go back. The place is also right by the center of town and parking seemed easy enough when we were there (early April).

The Apartment is very nice and well furnished. Easy access and Beautiful area. Costanza was very friendly and helpful. Would most definitely stay again!

Maddy was really welcoming, kind, and responsive. The location is excellent for any activity in Beacon or the surrounding areas. There was tons of space and it had the feeling of being very private. I would absolutely stay again!

Valerie is so kind and responsive! Always provided helpful info and wanted to genuinely ensure that I was comfortable and felt at home. The Airbnb unit is super tidy and immaculately clean, and cozy and comfortable. Also, amazing shower ! And very comfy mattress. Was a wonderful stay!

I have a son who attends a local school, so my wife and I have stayed in more than our fair share of AIRBNBs in the area. This is the first time we've stayed at Anjelica's, and it is without a doubt our favorite.

Very close to the highway for convenience, comfy bed, nice space for a stay with my 2 dogs. There is an active railroad nearby so I recommend a white noise machine for better sleep. I didn't realize the first night until the train went thru about 3 times. The next night I had the white noise machine on and it was much better. Also, though the listing says there is a freezer, there really isn't one. Typical mini fridge freezer but has no door and very very small freezer space. I wasn't paying attention to that detail but the weather was below freezing so I kept my ice packs for my cooler outside to stay frozen. Otherwise, it fit my needs for the weekend and we were comfortable. It was nice to have the yard to walk the dogs. The digital door lock worked well....I've had trouble at other places. I would stay again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Daniele’s during a weekend ski trip! The home was exactly as described and we did not run into any major issues. The only thing I’d note is for a group of 8, we did not have enough toiletries (i.e., shampoo, body wash) or household supplies (i.e., paper towels) near the end. Aside from this minor concern, we had a wonderful stay; Daniele was extremely responsive and accommodating with our requests. Thank you so much!

Robins place was lovely. Totally spotless and well appointed. There was everything you needed for a great stay and then some. It’s beautifully situated right on the river but it is down a dirt road so be prepared for a short but possibly bumpy ride. We had a minor issue figuring out the thermostats but Robin got back to us immediately and we got it straightened out. She left plenty of firewood for us so we had a cozy fire going on thanksgiving. We hope to return when it’s warm do we can enjoy the property and the river. A great stay and a super host

A beautifully restored and maintained Hudson Valley home. So much space and gorgeous views of the woods. Vik was incredibly responsive and kind when we got caught in a snow storm and almost had to extend our trip. Would highly recommend - and though we were just two people, it seems like an especially great space for groups with two bathrooms and a huge open plan dining table. Local tip is booking a table at Stissing House a few weeks in advance, and checking out Babette’s Kitchen in Millbrook for breakfast pastries and sandwiches.

Great stay at this unique property right on the river. Loved watching the ice float by on the Hudson through the huge windows. Comfortable spaces for socializing. Abigail was quick and easy with all communication. Overall a relaxing stay.

It’s a wonderful place to stay with your friends. The place is peaceful and quiet. The house is clean and very convenient, 10 minutes walk from the Main st.

This was a great little spot and super cozy. We enjoyed our stay here. The only downside is that, although there is technically free on street parking, they were always taken, so we had to park a block and a half away. But that’s not really the host’s fault.

Amy & Lloyd's home was perfect for what we needed. We were staying up in the area visiting our daughter and wanted to stay somewhere close by and was pet friendly. The home was the perfect place for us to come back after a long day and relax. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. The area is quiet and there is a park that is walkable to. The next time we visit, we will definitely consider rebooking here again. Thank you again Amy and Lloyd!

We had an incredible New Year's stay at AI’s property! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, and we especially loved the large living room and beautiful kitchen! AI was an amazing host, always quick to respond. This stay made our New Year unforgettable—we can’t wait to come back!
