Vacation rentals with breakfast in Dutchess County

Stayed here with a group of 6 guys and it was perfect for us. Everything is brand new plus it had comfy beds & couches. Bonfire was cool and the neighboring houses are a good distance away. Only complaint is that the AC didn't work well upstairs so we spent most of our time downstairs but we would definitely stay again.

This was our second week long stay at Chee-Chee’s place. He is a great host and the house is spacious and comfortable. Views of Putnam Lake are beautiful and our dogs enjoyed the yard! Thank you!

Lovely wooded retreat in NY. Beautiful home built in 1886 with lots of charm and decor. Lynn was a lovely host who provided morning coffee and a light breakfast as their location requires driving for dining out. Close to Rhinebeck so it would be perfect for fiber artists attending festivals nearby.

Stayed at Alyson’s for the Grand Opening of Alex & Allyson Grey’s Entheon, gallery of visionary art, at COSM (amazing experience!!) Alyson was familiar with the Greys and has been to COSM… so we had great conversations about all that. She also gave me some great recommendations of places to check out in Beacon… very cool little art town!! Great trip all around!! Alyson was very friendly and hospitable and accommodating… very warm and inviting!! And her home is awesome!! Secluded and surrounded by nature… lots of trees around the property… beautifully landscaped backyard with a koi pond and a very nice deck to sit and view it all from as well as great views of the clear night sky with no big-city light pollution!! Great spot to meditate! (And on that note… inside she even has a meditation loft… very cool!) I was very comfortable staying here and would definitely stay here again… and would highly recommend Alyson’s place to anyone traveling to or around Wappingers!!

Happy to return to the house. It comfortably accommodated us, and is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Everything we need in a thoughtful, cozy space with a lovely backyard. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Sara is a very welcoming and generous host. Always invited me for dinner. If you like Yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️, it’s the best place, because Sara teaches Yoga and has a beautiful Yoga practice room!

Though temperatures were icy, we were cozy as could be in beautiful Beaver Manor. Every window framed a snowy wonderland, while we felt warm and pampered inside. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for even the smallest task as the thoughtful design places anything you could possibly need at your finger tips. Comfort at every level; each chair, sofa, bed, every soft blanket and bedsheet was a tiny luxury supporting our ultra-relaxing stay. We read the house manual carefully and were able to seamlessly use the amenities like heated floors, massage chair and jetted bathtub… we *almost* didn’t want to leave to do all of the activities we planned … but we did! (great location, by the way… access to so many cute towns and vast nature!) The personal touches of the house are also part of the wonderful experience, an extensive book collection, beautiful art on each wall, games and awesome outdoor spaces make this happy, colorful, light-filled home a vacation like no other.

Dan is a truly hospitable person and a joy to talk to! The art there is absolutely beautiful, I loved the general vibe of the decor. I especially appreciated Dan’s accommodation of my migraine-trigger fragrance sensitivity; the space was wonderfully free of any room fresheners etc. (and was perfectly clean smelling and comfortable). I also loved the absence of a television - it really helped me focus on being present and peaceful. THANK YOU Dan for an excellent experience! My new go-to when staying in the lower Hudson Valley!

Doris was an amazing host who went above and beyond in making the stay both comfortable and convenient! I would highly recommend her to anyone staying in the area!

Comfortable space with fun, eclectic furnishings. We stayed in the apartment at Tim’s while visiting area colleges and didn’t get to fully enjoy the gorgeous views from the Inn’s front porch. Would love to come back and catch a sunset over the Hudson!

Beautiful b&b. Delicious breakfast. Historic, charming home. It was peaceful yet walking distance from Main Street and trail heads.

We stayed four days, a great little home base. Cuter in person, very clean. Super short drive to the village and is in a quiet neighborhood. You'll hear normal apartment-type noise like footsteps and some talking. Would 100% be happy to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

This is a great place to be around nature and history. If your museum buff then the history will be right up your alley and if you like a good walk or run then the Vanderbilt area will satisfy that, too.

Beautiful, relaxing getaway with friendly and helpful host. We truly enjoyed every moment in Diane's lovely home. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and full of amenities. We especially made time to enjoy the covered deck and pool, which were as wonderful as we hoped. The continental breakfast was incredibly helpful for getting our days started. Close to many restaurants, hikes, and lovely Hudson Valley towns. We would return in a heartbeat.

The Inn at Pine Plains hosted by Patricia was great for our long weekend stay (couple with son & dog), the room was cosy and exceptionally clean and tidy. The location is close to walking trails, a beautiful drive to the Catskills and nearby to restaurants. It had a lovely dining space and had everything we needed should we have stayed longer. There is a large lawn backyard that our son and dog loved running around in each morning.

Another amazing, restful, and rejuvenating stay at Benmarl! Will be sure to return again.

I can't recommend this enough. Susan is really great. Free to site see , meditate, write or read. The perfect environment. You'll feel right at home in the country.

This is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the Hyde Park area. Best to rent a car once you’re there, but it’s very close to many great attractions. Troy’s home is beautiful and clean, with a lot of great amenities. He also provides great local information and he prepares a wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend.

We love going to The Journey Inn. Val and Eric are wonderful hosts and the accommodations are fantastic. The morning breakfasts are another highlight! If you are reading this review, please do yourself a favor and book!
