The Art Nouveau Villa Sana, built in 1890, is surrounded by a park-like property with lots of greenery and tall trees. On the second floor are the 4 guest rooms with a shared, spacious bathroom with bathtub, ideal for a large family, for example. If necessary, another shower room on the 1st floor can be used, as can the large kitchen on the ground floor. The spacious property offers countless opportunities for barbecuing, playing and enjoying, as well as parking spaces with good access.

Are you a group of 8 people (or more) and want to spend a great vacation in a fantastic location, right on the river and in the immediate vicinity of Legoland? With the 4-star vacation home "Brenzblick," we offer you an entire vacation home with a huge garden, terrace and conservatory, which we completely renovated in 2018 and prepared for you. You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in unserer ruhig gelegenen Unterkunft. Auf 65m² findet eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend Platz. Auf der Terasse kann man bei schönem Wetter Zeit verbringen und den Blick über den Garten hinweg über die Brenz hin zur Donau schweifen lassen. Die ruhige Lage lädt zum Entspannen ein. Von hier aus können Ausflüge z.B. ins Legoland gestartet werden. Der nahe gelegene Spielplatz bietet die Möglichkeit für Kinder sich austoben.

Wenn du in dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft übernachtest, hat deine Familie alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe. Ein Ferienhaus welches viel Platz schafft. Auf Wunsch bieten wir ein Reisebett für Kleinkinder. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in Burgau. Stadtmitte ist in 10 geh Minuten zu erreichen. Angrenzend zum Haus ist von 5 Minuten 2 Spielplätze für Kinder.  Die A8 ist innerhalb von 5, Legoland Günzburg in 15, Skylinepark in 45 Minuten erreichbar.

Retreat, away from the noise and hustle of the city ? Nestled between shady forests and expansive dirt roads, you will find with my apartment a place where modern comfort meets the originality of country life. The house from 1693 was lovingly restored. The old construction was completely preserved, but fully equipped with many modern conveniences. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers, and families.

The apartment is 72 m², a large terrace with a gas grill. The kitchen is fully equipped with, for example, a fully automatic coffee machine and food processor. Parking space is available in front of the house.
