Vacation rentals with beach access in Durrës

It was a fantastic stay at Ivo's apartment. Sea facing balcony, perfect apartment with all amenities, stunning sceneries around, happening market place and restaurants right below the apartment (Restaurant Pileta), exquisite sea beeches made it a perfect getaway. Added to all this Ivo's very friendly and helpful nature, responsiveness and guidance made the overall experience unforgettable. Also to mention that Albania is a great country and has a lot to offer for tourists. Pristine beeches with turquoise blue water with plenty of Restaurants and Bars alongside make it an exotic holiday destination. In terms of general public, Albanians people were helpful and polite. Visited Durres , Golem beeches. Went on a drive to Gamti mountain / Bovilla lake. Every location was worth it. Overall an absolutely fantastic stay. Will certainly visit Albania again and stay at Ivo's apartment. Highly recommended.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Das Appartement im 5.Stock lag direkt in erster Reihe an der Promenade. Toller Blick auf das Meer. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Es war einzigartig.

Nice appartment with great proximity to restaurants and beach. Amalia is active and very responsive. The building entrance was a bit hidden but overall all went well. My recommendations

This is my second time that i stay in this home, i would like to say thank to Klodi again. Totally worth it. Beautiful surroundings easy to go beach side, everything is within walking distance.

Leiligheten er fin og moderne, og utsikten fra altanen er nydelig. Spesielt vakkert er det når solen går ned over Durrës by, det er et skue. Man opererer ikke med gatenavn og husnummer over alt i Albania, så taxisjåføren som hentet oss i lufthavnen måtte kikke to ganger på GPS'en før han forstod hvor vi skulle, men når vi først ankom bygningen var det veldig greit å komme seg inn i leiligheten. Taxi er for øvrig veldig rimelig i forhold til hva vi er vant til hjemmefra. Alt var rent og pent inne i leiligheten så vi følte oss godt tilpass umiddelbart. Leiligheten ligger praktisk talt i strandkanten og det er utallige restauranter på den uendelig lange promenaden som går forbi foran blokken, likevel opplevde vi ikke at det var bråk om natten når vi skulle sove. Stranden er finkornet og vannet var deilig å bade i, et perfekt sted for de som ønsker en lat badeferie. Vi kan absolutt anbefale dette stedet.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit bei Xhoana in Dürres, die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben oft auf dem Balkon mit Meerblick gegessen :) big recommend!

1st time visiting Albania and definitely not the last. Klaidi was the perfect host. He was extremely helpful and always there to respond to any issues. We loved the Villa and the Kitchen was extremely well equipped with all utensils you would need. The outdoor dining area was a lovely place to eat and enjoy and have a good get together. The Villa was good value for money but would benefit from some modernisation. We loved our stay and would recommend anyone to visit and enjoy this lovely place.

Notre voyage nous amène pour la seconde fois Albanie , et c'est sans hésitation que nous avons encore une fois opté pour Durrës en vue d' effectuer le premier arrêt (1mois). Pour avoir expérimenté la gentillesse des albanais, la bonne qualité générale du reseau internet , et les longues promenades dans la nature, il etait évident de s'ecarter du centre ville bruyant pour tenter l'aventure chez Tea à Hamallaj. Et nous n'avons pas été deçus. C'est en fait une maison de plain pied qui comporte 2 grands appartements, avec un jardin clôturé. Un emplacement a 500m de la plage, une bonne connection WIFI, une cuisine Equipée vraiment complète, de petits commerces dans le voisinage ( Dont un a 3 mn a pied qui accepte les Paiments en CB), Snack, Barbier, magasin d'outillage, Bureau de tabac 24/7... Et il semble que ca continue doucement de se developper, tout cela dans un rayon de moins d'1km. Nous reviendrons sûrement faire un arrêt en repartant vers l'Adriatique! Merci Tea :)

We arrived at nighttime and had no problem finding the house. Ilda sent videos to find it and that was very helpful! The house is in a perfect location. One minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and promenade. The house is located in the woods and far enough away, so you do not hear noise. The best part is the garden! A large patio with a stone grill, tables and chairs. A hammock for napping. A lot of room for everyone. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. There was plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. to use. Clear instructions for everything. I would highly recommend Ilda's home.

This was a lovely little apartment. Clean, spacious and has all the amenities you need. The outdoor space is gorgeous, with fairy lights and very comfortable seating. The area feels very safe and is a 5 minute walk to the beach with loads of cool beach bars. Rovena was very helpful with recommendations and suggestions and always responded very promptly. 100% recommend!

Florian was a great host. Easily contactable and accommodating. The house was immaculately clean and well equipped. We felt very comfortable during our stay. It’s a lovely house with plenty of room. It really is just a couple of minutes walk to the beach where there are plenty of places to eat. Thank you!

The place was wonderful. The apartment was clean, well equipped and nicely designed. It’s very close to the beach amd surrounded by restaurants and shops. Seva communicated friendly and quickly, gave clear instructions and advise. We would highly recommend it.

Great place to stay in Durres. About a 15-20 min walk from city center, but closer to all the good restaurants. I highly recommend staying here and visiting Gate03 for dinner. It’s totally worth it. Great views and can tan on the balcony after around 15:30 (3:30 pm). Will hopefully be staying here again!

Mariglen a été un hôte réactif, nous proposant de nombreuses activités et de bons restaurants. Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans un endroit calme et paisible. Le logement était impeccable, bien situé, à deux pas de la plage accessible à pied. Mention spéciale pour le rooftop, absolument incroyable, offrant une vue panoramique sur la ville et la mer, idéal pour admirer le coucher de soleil !

The apartment was great. If you are not walkers would not suggest but if you are happy to walk 10-15 mins it’s great. The host was super responsive and super helpful. The beach opposite was peaceful and quiet. I would suggest staying in season to use amenities of the pool next door as we stayed here early may the season was only just beginning.

Our stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Durrës was just perfect! The apartment is modern, clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The location is unbeatable - just a few minutes from the beach and with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Our host Juli was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He was always available, provided us with great tips for the area and made our stay unforgettable. You can tell that he attaches great importance to making her guests feel at home. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend this Airbnb!

Mooi appartement. Het was erg schoon met een goede keuken en badkamer. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig: airco, oven en een goede tv. Ook was er een balkon met zeer mooi uitzicht. Nadeel was wel dat het lopen van en naar het gebouw wat zwaar was door zeer steile hellingen. Contact met de host was goed, en het huren van een auto via de host ging erg makkelijk. Tip is om de host te laten weten als je bent aangekomen, aangezien wij de sleutel van een buurvrouw kregen en we lang hadden moeten wachten als we onze aankomst niet zouden hebben laten weten. Een ander nadeel kan zijn dat het bereiken van het strand te voet redelijk lang duurt, omdat het appartement wél aan zee zit, maar niet aan het strand maar een boulevard. Wij zijn erg tevreden met onze tijd hier en het is zeker aan te raden.

Ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c'est sa disponibilité et son aide précieuse pour organiser notre séjour. Elle a pris le temps de nous donner d'excellents conseils et de nous aider à planifier nos activités, ce qui a grandement facilité nos visites. De plus, nous avons particulièrement apprécié sa flexibilité et sa gentillesse le jour de notre arrivée. Nous sommes arrivés très tôt le matin, bien avant l'heure de check-in, et elle s'est empressée de faire le ménage pour que nous puissions nous installer confortablement sans attendre.
