Had a great stay, no complaints definitely recommend.

I recently stayed at this beautiful villa near Durres and had an amazing experience. The location is perfect: quiet, yet close to the sea and the city center.

The villa is very nice and the location is perfect, you only need 5 min. to walk to the beach and 3 min. to the small supermarket in the complex. The equipment is good, maybe you could buy another cutting board. But otherwise, the villa offers everything you need. The towels and linens were even changed during the week. The pool is very nice and you can also relax and swim in the evening. Whether sun or shade in the villa, you can have both. And you also have your own jukebox. Highly recommended overall.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The villa was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect. Cheaa was an excellent host, always quick to respond and accommodating to any requests or questions we had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting .

We had a great stay! The location is amazing and the beach is walking distance. I only have a couple remarks, which I think is only because the place is relatively new. We arrived quite late so found it difficult to find the exact location of our villa. The team did send us a video, but it was difficult to follow in the dark. There are no street names. The kitchen was not equipped with kitchen towels and oven gloves which made it difficult to clean counters and get things out of the oven. All in all, we had a great time and would definitely go back!

Great Family Stay with a Heated Pool! We had a wonderful family trip at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and perfect for kids. Lots of space outside to run around, play any sports with the kids, grilling area and a large lounge area. The complimentary heated pool was a huge hit — our kids loved it, and it was great for relaxing as a family. Just a heads-up: the tile around the pool can be a little slippery when wet, so be cautious with little ones. Overall, a fantastic stay for a big family!

One of the best Airbnb’s we have ever been. Place was even more beautiful then on the pictures. Pool was amazing and beach just 100 meters walk was great. Elio was very friendly and communication was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Newly renovated house, everything new, with parking, very clean, Artan was super attentive on the phone and his mother, even without speaking English, was very attentive at all times, I highly recommend it.

If you’re looking for a quiet place with room for the whole family that’s a short walk to the beach, Dorian’s place should be at the top of your list. The villa is exactly what you want for a beach vacation; a well-appointed kitchen for fixing everything from coffee to family-style meals, an ample patio in a quiet garden for relaxing throughout the day, and three comfy rooms to retire to after a day at the beach. A private path leads from the back patio right to the beach promenade — a two minute stroll — and lands you at one of the nicest stretches of beach in Durrës. Walk the promenade and enjoy restaurants of all kinds or dip into one of the many beachside cabanas for a drink. Our party of six thoroughly enjoyed the patio, especially in the hot afternoons when the shaded space felt like a private oasis. Evening meals enjoyed al fresco were especially delightful. Dorina is a lovely host and quick to respond to any questions about the house. Don’t miss this hidden gem.

The stay was great, and Arkis was very welcoming, helpful and prompt. The home was clean, safe, and exactly like the photos and as described. Definitely recommend to anyone who is still deciding. There are beautiful beaches nearby, you can eat well and cheaply, but also run to the beautiful sunrise and sunset. Arkis even gave us a place of recommendations and also brought homemade honey as a gift, but we couldn't take it on the plane, but it was very nice of him. THANKS again for the overall stay 🙏❤️

Alex’s place was perfect. The spacious house easily accommodated our two 2+3 families and its garden let our kids play for hours. Please note the following, which has not been covered by the property’s description. ⁃ The path connecting the main road and the house is in a very poor condition. The tarmac is almost nonexistent, so it should be considered a dirt road and in the end you will be surprised by a short, but extremely steep hill. It may be a problem if you have a rental car with no dirt policy. ⁃ The house itself has two separate flats on a ground and first floors. There is also a third flat on the top floor, a holiday retreat for the owner, who lives abroad. He came for a few days during our stay, but was more like a ghost, we hardly ever noticed his presence. ⁃ The nearest beach is only a few kilometres away. It’s close, but you need a car. ⁃ The nearest shop is 650m away. You can reach it on foot and you can pay by card.

The apartment was spotless and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable. The apartment is located on a quiet street, not far from the city center. Nearby there is a grocery store, supermarket, sports ground, and there is also free parking near the house. It was easy to reach Dritan and he gave us good recommendations for our stay. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in.

Spacious, spotless, and fully equipped for a family trip! We loved the big kitchen and comfy living room. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the host made sure everything went smoothly. We’d happily return and recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great week in the beautiful house in Albania. Everything is very new, clean and tastefully. The pool and terrace were the highlight of the teenagers. We were there with 5 people. So one had to sleep on the sofa. (No sofa bed). For us, it was ok, but you should know if you want to come with five people. The double beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable and large. The two bathrooms are new and beautiful. The kitchen is perfectly furnished. Everything you need. Overall, it's a really great house. Although you are in a - still quite unfinished - complex, you have enough privacy. It will be further expanded. But that didn't bother us. However, you should know that the surrounding streets are very bad and you have to plan enough time for all routes. The nearest very small and very expensive supermarket is not far away. All other stores are at least 30 minutes away by car. The area is pure nature and really beautiful!
