A very special long weekend. Absolutely peaceful, restful, lush, tropical atmosphere. Lovely home and great host! Ray’s Kitchen worth a visit and located within the estate. Beaches and stores easily accessible! Thank you for the super stay!

The house is absolutely stunning! Our gripe was not being able to communicate with the housekeeper properly as none of us spoke Zulu. Our linen was not changed for the entire length of our stay and we had to ask for our towels to be changed. The main road which runs alongside the house is rather noisy. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this home.

The Forest house within a super secure estate in Salt Rock is an oasis of tranquility. We stayed 9 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the large spacious home on the edge of the forest. We had so many spaces to enjoy, our favourite being the long verandah indoor/ outdoor space. We felt sheltered and so close to nature. The house had everything we wanted including a fully fitted kitchen with amazing oven and cooker. We popped over the road to the new salt rock centre where we bought groceries and cooked most meals at the house, including a BBQ/ Braai. We were very well taken care of by the house helper who came to clean every other day. It was great to have someone who knows the house well to answer any questions. One of my favourite features of the home are the downstairs rooms which all have fully retractable glass doors to open the house to the outside. Stunning!

Firstly this place is absolutely gorgeous and huge . The hosts went above and beyond for us, I can never thank them enough. This is such a beautiful home and environment the pictures don’t do all the justice to this home. I’m absolutely inspired by this couple and their work on this space . Andreas place did not disappoint from the super easy check-in to Andreas warm hospitality. Andreas place has everything you need, it’s spacious, free of clutter and clean…plus kid friendly which is a bonus o and has the best water pressure! If you are in the area no need to look at any other place. Thank you Andrea!

It was a perfect place for the kids who played endless games of soccer on the grass. Plenty of space in the house for all of us to relax. We absolutely loved staying here. Very close to a number of great restaurants and sporting facilities.

I won't be booking any other place, whenever I'm in the area again. Siya you're an amazing host, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! Couldn't have asked for a better experience! many thanks.

Place was very clean & spacious our host was very helpful ,enough parkings , peaceful, it’s a 10/10 for me ,definitely worth booking it again in the future ,close to shops and the beach

It was much better in real live than on the pictures. The only thing missing was wifi, but cellphone reception was pretty good.

My stay at Mallorca was fantastic! It's a GREAT location on the South end of Umdloti. Very peaceful and direct sea views from the lounge and main room - it sounds like the ocean is right in your own private garden. The unit it lovely , clean and exceeded all my expectations. Having a single garage turned out to be very useful too. The lovely private little coffee shop / shed within walking distance turned out to be a highlight for me, Very friendly staff and locals , I will most definitely be returning.

We really loved the location as it’s right on the beach. Everything worked. Comfortable beds. Very hot water. Outside shower lovely. Jo is a responsive host and has a lovely housekeeper. The stairs are steep to carry your luggage up but the view is fantastic from this secluded spot in a cul de sac. We loved it.

The place looks exactly like the photos. Very clean and easy to locate. My kids had a lot of space to run around, a private pool. Everything was exceptional, we had a wonderful stay indeed

We had an absolutely wonderful time. Hosts were very accomodating and gave us loads of recommendations of things to do. There were some incredible walks nearby and the views were spectacular. Also some really good restaurants nearby. Cannot recommend highly enough!

This is a stunning house in a stunning location. It is huge and can accommodate 6 people easily (all in large, en-suite bedrooms). It is extremely well equipped and so suitable for extended stays. The estate itself was beautiful - so very peaceful and full of animals - and the views from the house were incredible. The host and co-host are very responsive, which is very helpful and reassuring. The security on the estate is excellent and we felt very safe. Overall, cleanliness was fine. I agree with a previous reviewer that there were aspects where this could be improved, but would say these were discreet issues rather than a widespread problem. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others.
