Cute place and private! I would stay here again. Very clean with fun decor- I was also glad that the house was in a safe neighborhood since I was traveling alone. I would catch Ubers from the front driveway of the home to the Capitol- without a problem. Thanks for a great stay!

Staying at Luam's place was great! The house looks exactly as it is listed. We wish the pool would have been available for use :( but all other amenities and accommodations were exceptional! The house came with a fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking a great meal. The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for all of my guests. There could be more mirrors in the house as the only mirrors were in the bathrooms and 1 large mirror in the living room and the beds were slightly hard but that did not take away from how amazing the house was. It was 20 minutes from DC in a quiet area. The perfect home away from home. Thanks, Luam for being so responsive and providing easy check-in instructions. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

I came with a group of girls to visit DC and Andy was a very responsive host, always trying to help us feel as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed the large space that was there and it was comfortable for us.

My grandchildren and I spent 5 days in Charlotte's immaculate townhome for my grandson's 25th birthday. The townhome is squeaky clean, the kitchen is updated and the rooms are attractively decorated. The beds all have comfortable mattresses. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. We hadn't been to Washington before so I was unaware of distances. Our visit occurred during a rare major snowstorm and the weather was freezing. We are from Florida so we didn't bring boots, hats and gloves (we did buy hats and gloves at the local CVS). In any event, we were relieved to learn that Ubers are almost instantly available and we used them a lot. Our return flight to Florida was cancelled and rebooked for a much later time. I didn't love the idea of spending extra hours in the airport so I called Charlotte for help. Despite the fact that Charlotte had guests arriving immediately after we left she went out of her way to save us from an airport nightmare and we were extremely grateful.

Mian was able to accommodate a last minute booking for our family of 7. Everything was perfect. The house was so clean when we arrived and the neighborhood was beautiful. The crockpot and air fryer came in very handy when making dinner. My kids loved playing pool on the pool table which is centrally located on the first floor. That was great so we can all be together! We can’t wait to visit this lovely property again, hopefully in the summer when the pool is open! The owners were so kind and very responsive.

The Nelson Group were the perfect host/hostess during my stay at their beautiful home. They are very accommodating and responsive to the needs of their guests and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was a truly positive experience. I stayed at Will’s property for four nights in March 2025 with a group totaling nine people. Upon arrival, we found the property clean and free of clutter. The property was conveniently located within walking distance to Union Market and the metro, allowing for easy exploration of the greater DC area. Will was an exceptional host, demonstrating prompt, friendly, and professional communication throughout our stay. Will graciously accommodated an early check-in and late check-out, which gave my party extra time to explore the DC area before our departure. I would highly recommend this property for groups of 5-9 people and would gladly return if visiting the area again.

Maggie’s house was perfect for our family getaway! You can’t beat this location. It was a quick walk to Eastern Market metro and tons of local shopping/dining options, yet the street was peaceful and quiet. We were able to spread out and relax as a family of three with two dogs. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Maggie was responsive and helpful from booking and through our stay. 10/10, would book again.

We spent a few nights at Basit house, and would definitely stay again if we were in the area. Samad is very responsive and helpful, check in was super easy with the code being sent to get in, so very flexible. Beds were comfy, everything was clean, it was lovely to have the guidebooks and tea/coffee/cereal bars available to us. The HVAC was a bit noisy at times but that would only impact you if you were using the sofa bed, and Samad does provide earplugs. Quiet neighbourhood, people in the street said hello, walkable to the metro and Safeway was just up the road too. Thank you Samad!

Stuart's place was exactly as pictured. his home was clean and welcoming. Everything was walkable, with many bars and restaurants nearby. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we slept soundly each night. The neighborhood is terrific, and the Sunday farmers market is held practically next door. Stuart was very quick to respond to my questions both before and during our trip. We will definitely stay here again, the next time we are in town. If you are looking for a home away from home in DC, don't look any further than this fabulous house. You won't be sorry.

Robert's place is comfortable and clean. The mattresses are comfortable - firm with a soft top. He is friendly, responsive, and full of information about the area. We felt completely at home. It is the perfect distance from the mall. We took an Uber into the city each day and this was an easy, quick, and inexpensive ride.

Thank you for the amazing girls trip! We had an absolute blast. The house was just as described and matched all photos! We always felt at home and it was beyond perfect. Will stay again if we come back this way!

Such a lovely, comfortable home. Everything we needed. Loved the location. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and neighbors were friendly. There's a park with walking trails and lake half a mile walk away. The house was perfect. Relaxing. Comfortable beds and bedding. The record player was an added bonus, as were the puzzles and board games for the rainy days. Communication was excellent. Answered any questions quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable home with lots of privacy and a nice living room area. The hosts are very accomodating and willing to help with any questions or needs you may have.

Great place, clean, had a little issue with the washing machine but Carlos responded fairly quickly. The House was a little far from the monuments but worth the stay. The stair are a little steep would not recommend anyone with a disability. Other that that I enjoys my stay.

Aivet’s place was very beautiful and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay there as well. We highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking to travel and relax at the same time. Everything we needed was right there as well. Hopefully, we’ll get the opportunity to visit again soon. Thank you for being an amazing host.

Beautiful home located in a very serene peaceful neighborhood. Enough space for everyone to feel at home and very well maintained. Lots of stairs, as the listing states, but that was not an issue for us but is something to note. Games were available and a the garden was amazing to relax and let the kids play. We would definitely stay at Jon's place again! Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this gorgeous home. There were thoughtful amenities throughout the property. It’s an easy drive to DC from the mansion too. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and we would love to come back.

We loved our stay in Alexandria. John was an excellent host - very responsive and helpful with recommendations. We have two young kids and he made sure we were set up with everything they needed at the house as well. The gardens were beautiful and the kids loved playing outside. The location was also perfect - quiet despite being within walking distance of many great places to eat. We would love to stay there again when we visit next time!

We had a great stay at Maryann's place! It's clean, spacious, and in a great area. The beds are super comfy too! We appreciated the Keurig and coffee and hot cocoa pods. We will definitely stay again when in the area! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
