The apartment is located in the historic center, a short distance from the Cathedral, the Aragonese Castle, all kinds of shops (grocery stores, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, boutiques, handicrafts, barber). The house is close to the bathing areas of the bay and is only 50 meters from a ladder to access the beach below. Parking is available nearby.

The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

Cosy cottage in quiet, leafy cul-de-sac in the heart of Otranto. Bedroom, bathroom (with shower), living room/kitchenette, tiny private terrace. Air conditioned. Very close to the Cathedral, the Castle, the sea and the beaches. At the beginning of 2024 the walls were repainted with natural lime, USB sockets and a new refrigerator were installed.
