Lovely spacious cottage matching description and photos. Town centre so easily walkable to the beach, high street and Deal’s many restaurants and bars. Janey’s cottage has everything you’d need if you want to cook, and the back garden is a lovely private sheltered space to spend time outdoors. Communication from Janey was friendly and helpful and it was easy to check in via the lockbox.

Olivier, you have a beautiful property with amazing views across the beach. Your house is pleasantly decorated, very clean and well equipped with everything from kitchenware to bicycles. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we enjoyed staying there and have already spoken about returning next year. We stayed with eight of us in this beautiful vacation home: ourselves, our three children with their partners, and our grandchild. Everyone had a very nice time! The house was comfortable and cozily furnished. Everything was perfectly in order: the beds were beautifully made on arrival, and the whole house was neat and cared for. Outside we could enjoy being together around the large round garden table, ideal for our group. Fortunately, the weather was also good, which made it extra pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the friendly communication with the host was also very appreciated. Highly recommended for those looking for a well-kept stay with family or a group of friends!🍀

Very good stay at Noël's, with a warm welcome. The place and the house are as described, both peaceful and beautifully maintained, with the possibility of beautiful walks with our dog. Our stay was short but we were able to visit the surroundings and the Audomarois marshes. We plan to go back and share this little getaway with those around us.

Super house. Good beds. The garden is 1 big party for the four-legged friends. The peace and quiet that prevails occasionally a helicopter that flew over. Not experienced as a nuisance Really everything present. The kitchen is beautiful and complete. Outside, you can sit in the sun or under the trees in the shade. We had beautiful weather and lived mostly outside. Every day to the beach, 5 minutes by car. After June 10, from 6:30 p.m. at Koksijde on the beach, dogs on a leash. But a part at De Panne 10 minutes away by car. Dogs are allowed on the beach without a leash after 6:30 p.m. We had a TOP week and will definitely be back.

We had a great week in this charming little apartment nestled in the heart of a pine forest, in a peaceful atmosphere and lulled by birdsong. The sea is 1 km away and the beach and all amenities are easily accessible on foot or by bike (real bike paths and not shared roads). The advantage of being a little out of the way is that you can enjoy the quiet surroundings and be able to reach the city center, which is a 15-minute walk away, at any time. The accommodation is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The room has very good bedding. Entrance independent of the owners. Parking space on the property, which is nice! Hardelot is a nice destination to discover with beautiful walks, a large beach and plenty of activities offered by the city. A big thank you to Christophe and Véro for their warm and thoughtful hosting. This is a place to recommend.

top-notch! very nice modern and functional house, very well located, and very well equipped. everyone finds their space while having the opportunity to share the living room which is large and bright. The exterior is well arranged. Easy to park. Shops nearby. Excellent value for money, for the capacity to accommodate and the amenities +++. in addition, the hosts are very responsive when needed. we recommend it!

Had a very nice stay! Beautiful surroundings between the fields, ideal for relaxing and also a wonderful place for our two daughters to live out in the garden. A lamb was born during our stay, so that was completely nice for our daughters. 😊

We had a great time at Colette's place! The beach is so nearby and the indoor pool is a great bonus to this place. Colette was very friendly and we felt very welcome. Would recommend!

Christophe and Sylvie are very friendly and welcoming hosts, impeccable accommodation, very well-equipped! We had a great time! The hot tub was very nice after the day of sightseeing! We will come back without hesitation!

Frank was a super host nothing was to much trouble. Responded immediately to any questions. Extremely helpful and well deserved title of super host. House was lovely swimming pool superb well maintained at all times. Very peaceful. Lovely touches like baby bath potty travel cot. The property was large and spacious we were a group of 6 adults 2 small children and plenty big enough for us. Lovely out side furniture. Utility room was a real bonus. Lovey blinds on windows which kept the sun out during the day. Good parking we had 3 cars and fitted perfect. Not to far from supermarkets. We took our Labrador’s and they loved it. There a lovely big willow tree in the garden which became there favourite place in the sun. We would definitely return

As a previous reviewer has mentioned, the photos do not do this place justice. Huge windows in every bedroom with beautiful views over the sea and surrounding areas. Loved it!

We had a lovely stay! The flat is small but well equipped. The terrace alone is worth booking. We were able to relax and enjoy the sun and still take a quick dip in the sea. It's a bit busier at the weekend, but during the week and especially in the mornings it's very quiet. There are plenty of free car parks in the area (sometimes you just have to search a bit until you find a free one) We could reach everything on foot and therefore left the car parked during the week without any worries. The house is very quiet, the residents were all very friendly to us. It was just the right place for a relaxing holiday!

Jordan nicely show us around and explain everything about the house. The house was at its brilliant condition, it was clean and tidy. Location is great as well, just a short drive to the beach and town centre. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

We were super happy with Sophie. We and the dogs felt very comfortable and enjoyed the days very much. Sophie gave us good tips, arranged a very good vet, 🍓 gave us the best strawberries and we had great conversations. You can come down here. Thanks for everything

We had a pleasant stay at Catherine and her husband's, who are charming and very welcoming people. The house was well arranged, everything is designed to make you feel "at home", nothing is missing. Our four-legged friends are also welcome and everything is designed for them as well. The environment is very peaceful, the little extra is the Gallamé park located 2 steps away. We'll be happy to go back.
