An oasis of peace in the middle of a big city. Despite being in transit, a wonderful stay with a real holiday feeling. 10/15 minutes walk to the beach, with many beautiful restaurants/beach bars. In short, super enjoyable.

Perfect! The house is very pleasant to stay in and tastefully decorated. It is clean and has two bathrooms (which is convenient for 7). It's very close to the sea and very easy to park. We'll be happy to go back!

I've been traveling almost exclusively with Airbnb for years, but there are few places where you have a host as caring as Lucie. In this accommodation you feel at home when you arrive, the bed was so comfortable that I'm a little embarrassed to tell you that I spent almost 11 hours there without waking up the first night, which is rather rare. As a host, I think Lucie in real life is the kind of person you'd want to have as a friend. As for this city, it is as charming as your host. One of the peculiarities of Dunkirk is the kindness of its inhabitants in this city rocked by many stories and funny facts, such as the statue of Jean Bart which by miracle, was saved from the bombing of the Second World War or all the buildings around were razed to 85%. Try the La Lagune restaurant, tasty dishes and friendly staff

We had a pleasant stay. Facing the sea, very nice for morning walks. The accommodation is welcoming, very well located and nothing is missing. In addition, public transport is free and makes it very easy to visit Dunkirk and its surroundings. Martine advised and guided us as soon as we arrived. I highly recommend everyone to enjoy this pied-à-terre.

Clear instructions on arrival and parking in garage (although it is very narrow to drive in). Everything is kept clean and beds nicely made. Garden with some chairs available. Within walking distance of beach, dike and shops. Thanks so much for hosting us!

We stayed 6 days in the accommodation and we loved it. The location is nice and quiet and by car you can reach a lot quickly (e.g. the great beach in 10 minutes or Bruges in 40 minutes). The place was exactly as described: small but nice. ☺️ Everything was very clean. I think the lawn outside could use some care again, but from experience, that's not always easy🙃☺️. Marion responded quickly to inquiries or the like. I'd love to book this place - it and the area are worth it! 😍

Jimmy's house was as describe, comfortable and quiet and Jimmy was responsive and helpful. The house is a 45min walk from Dunkerque town centre, but there is a free C1 bus 5mins walk away that goes to the town centre.

Beautiful accommodation perfectly matching the description and therefore our expectations. Communication was clear from the moment we booked and the hosts are flexible and available. Thanks to them. Located a few meters from the beach which doesn't spoil anything in this apartment.

We had a wonderful time. The place was very clean and consistent with the photos. We were only a few meters from the beach as mentioned on the listing! We were able to discover good restaurants in the surrounding area, also within walking distance. The accommodation offers a perfect terrace for drinking coffee in the morning (coffee pods available on arrival)! The bathroom was spotless as well as the rest of the apartment. There is also TV with Netflix, YouTube, in short, enough to relax. A very nice atmosphere for my fiancé and me. Thanks again to our super responsive host who was able to answer any questions we had and in a very short time. We are already looking forward to coming back next time.

Caroline's apartment leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is equipped with many appliances; it's fun to cook there. Caroline was very friendly to us and gave us many tips. Since we were at the time of the lilac blossom in the villa Les Lilas, we had a very nice view of the courtyard. We thank Caroline and would like to stay with her again.

Sylviane was an outstanding host. Very responsive and gave us many helpful suggestions on places to eat. Very friendly and welcoming. Would love to return! Highly recommended if you want to experience Dunkirk.

Christophe....had a great visit to your condo in Calais and wished we could've stayed longer. Violet took a morning swim and we hope all the sand stayed on the beach. We have the same challenge at our beach house! Despite finding our car tire flat when starred to depart for Bruges, we made it safely to our next stop. A bientot!

I spent a week at Sophie's place in beautiful weather. The location of the apartment is great and everything you need is available. Sophie was accessible and helpful at all times. I'd love to come back sometime.

We felt very comfortable! The view was fantastic and it was relatively quiet in the house and also on the beach. We will enjoy the few days off for a long time and also think about coming back again :)

We stayed a week at Fabienne's apartment. From the first written communication before departure, to the personal acquaintance and their tips about Calais, nothing was missing. We were happy to be your guests, we felt very comfortable. Especially the view from the balcony to the beach and the sea was phenomenal at any time of the day and night (sunsets included)! There is also plenty to discover all around. Conclusion: Calais is definitely worth another trip. Thank you for everything Fabienne!

The apartment is very well located and has a great sea view. The accommodation is spacious, bright, modern and well-equipped, it is a pleasure to stay there. Bert is a welcoming and very responsive host.

François' place is as described. At the foot of the dunes, with a small sea view. The terrace is perfect for breakfast or an aperitif😊. There are little extras like beach games for children (we didn't use them but it's nice for parents), a windbreaker, an umbrella etc... The bedding is excellent quality, and very comfortable. And thank you very much to François for the small gifts🙏. See you soon
