Nice apartment in a beautiful historical building, kitchen well equipped, quiet neighbourhood, central situation

A perfect place to stay on the peninsula. 15 mins drive to central Dunedin and 5 mins to Port Chalmers. Just a short walk down to Sawyers Bay. Beautiful views. The wee unit was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. I really appreciated having tea and coffee and milk provided. Thanks Trixie!

We had a fantastic stay. Such a cozy welcoming home, we all absolutely loved our 3 night stay and were sad to move onto our next location. We will definitely rebook for another Dunedin stay its the best airbnb we've used. 5 star for everything 🌟 🤩

Honestly? The best Airbnb we stayed during our trip in NZ! Very high end furnitures and appliances. Beautiful and unique details. So far. it's the first place I really felt at home.

Nice place - plenty of room and well appointed

Lovely place to stay. We didnt need to turn on the heating and the house was very quiet due to the insulation and glazing. Kitchen was well equipped. Bed very comfy. Definitely recommend a visit to No.7 Balmac, which is less than 20 mins walk.

This is a very nice apartment in beautiful surroundings. It overlooks the hills and the water. Lots of nature right outside your window. Don't be daunted by the long uphill driveway. You'll enjoy the results. We wish we'd had more time to walk some of the paths on the property. The property is most convenient for visiting the wildlife centers on the peninsula to see penguins, seals, and albatross. Sean gave us some tips on where to go in addition to the official centers. He also left us some delicious tomatoes from his garden!

Debbie’s place was a beautiful spot to stop and unwind. It was so peaceful yet only a few minutes drive to anything. Debbie was a great host with good communication and welcomed us on arrival. Would recommend and would stay again.

Amazing place, great views, nice kitchen and James is very friendly. Absolute 5/5 on James’s end. Only downsides are the overpriced Airbnb booking fees making James rates less competitive.
