Underfloor heating, limestone floor. Lots of storage, and hanging space. There is an option to make the sofa in the living area into a single bed if guests would rather have their own sleeping space. Main bathroom With a very attractive green marble floor and brass fittings, a full bath and good shower. The house is located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the bustle of the restaurants, theatre, and shops of the internationally acclaimed Dundrum Town Centre. For something quieter stroll to the farmers market, gardens, and cafe at the beautiful Airfield Estate. Take a short and pleasant journey by light rail to the center of the city. The station is just across the street. Visible from the house the beautiful Dublin Mountains are a mere 15 min drive away. Hideaway Garden Paradise

Hideway garden apartment is located 15 min walk from Dún Laoghaire town centre, 30 min to Dalkey Village along a walkway know as the metals. which leads up to Killiney Hill which has breathtaking views over the sea and Dublin and the Wicklow Mountains. The apartment is on a direct bus route into the city centre, and is also about 10 min walk to the Dart suburban train service. There are many very interesting walks down to the coast through the historic town with its many parks and squares.

York Cottage, entire home near the sea

York Cottage is attached to our family home but has it’s own private entrance. Located five minutes from the sea with fantastic local amenities. Easy access to the centre of Dublin by bus (there is bus stop at the gate) or by train (train station is a ten minute walk). The cottage has a large bedroom upstairs and a sitting room, separate kitchen and bathroom downstairs. We will be available to meet you on arrival with the keys and point you towards all the great local facilities.
