Seafront Apartment in Sutton

DavidRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We loved Francis' place - perfect home-from-home, and great location for exploring the beautiful town & harbour at Howth, as well as Dublin itself. Great public transport, with a supermarket just 10 minutes walk away. We loved our sunset walks along the seafront opposite the apartment, and chilling on the big comfortable sofa afterwards. Francis also provided some very welcome snacks for when we arrived, and was very easy to communicate with before our stay. Would definitely recommend if you want a base for exploring but want to be able to get away from the hustle & bustle of the city.

Sea view penthouse Monkstown

KimRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Liz was an amazing host and one of the best I have experienced through AirBnB. She provided great ideas of where to visit in the area, the restaurant suggestions were spot on, and very close to her home. I would highly, highly suggest using Liz as a host. Her home was secure and safe. Her home had several security measures to get into the home, although it was not needed. I don't feel the location needed high security because all around this location I felt safe and not concerned at all for my safety or the other guests. The location was close to the train, another Liz suggested. The train will take you into Dublin and all the way around to Hawth. The train was easy to use and always running so it was easy to get to our locations. Thank you LIz for the hospitality and the great experience for our visit to Ireland!!
A living space features a green sofa positioned beside a marble fireplace. A floral arrangement in a blue vase sits on a small table, complemented by a lamp with a white shade. A framed painting adds a decorative touch to the wall.

Maeve was so welcoming and gave us lots of helpful, local information, re: eateries and shops etc. Her attention to detail for guests' comfort at The Harbour View apartment was very evident. Great walks from the door to explore the area. Train link to Dublin The view alone needs a mention, from the spectacular sunrises to just relaxing, watching life go by.

Seaside Retreat

MarianRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a fantastic stay at Max’s place! Max is a great guy - super welcoming, friendly, and always helpful whenever we had questions or needed tips. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and perfectly located to explore Dublin. It’s also a great base for day trips to the beautiful surrounding areas, like the stunning cliffs of Howth. We’d definitely come back and can highly recommend staying here!

Sandycove Seaside Villa (sea swim & sauna)

PaigeRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We really enjoyed our stay here! We’ve been to a ton of Airbnbs, and this house was really cool. Walking distance to town and right across the street from the cutest cafe. I’d highly recommend Sandycove if you’re looking to visit Dublin, as it’s a quick 20 min train to city center. This house is awesome for families, as there are tons of kids toys. Hosts were very responsive and helpful as well. We will be back to visit for sure!

Family Home w/ Seaviews, Dalkey!

AmandaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Our first family trip to Dublin with three kids was absolutely wonderful in large part because of this amazing home we rented! The home is both gorgeous and comfortable - the kids felt right at home and always found something to do there. The beds are comfortable, kitchen well appointed, and the whole space so welcoming and peaceful. I appreciated Sinead’s communication and helpful advice, as well as all the personal touches she left to get us settled in quickly, including a welcome and good luck note for my daughter who was there for a dance competition. I cannot say enough about this wonderful home, so happy we got to enjoy it for our 10-day trip to Dublin!

Family House by the sea

KellyRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We loved this home. This little seaside village is an adorable part of Dublin! It’s lovely to stroll the walkways and green spaces along the sea and there are bikes available at the rental! We loved all the little shops, pubs and cafes from Blackrock to Dalkey. Our 4 year old was able to burn off some jet lag on the scooter, swing and on the slide. I wish the rain had held off a bit to enjoy it all more but we did appreciate the amenities for children. There were puzzles, books and stools exactly where you want them when you have a small child. The only inconvenience was that 90% of bedroom closet, kitchen/bathroom cabinet space was unusable. They were either locked or filled to the brim with owner’s personal belongings. We were staying for 5days but traveling for 5wks so it didn’t allow us to unpack comfortably. There was nowhere available to put our toiletries in the bathroom so had to live out of the suitcase quite a bit …not the end of the world- otherwise, our stay was wonderful!

Large Georgian house close to Dublin City Center

LucasRating, 5 stars11 months ago
What a great house to stay at. Plenty of space in such a great location. Quiet and peaceful with the Blackrock town only a short walk away. Recommend the breakfast roll from On A Platter at the end of the block. Connie provided some unexpected staples making settling easy. She also put in a lot of effort to get the booking admin right for us. The beds were really comfortable which was quite welcome compared to other AirBnBs on our Europe holidays. We will be back. Thanks again Connie.

Georgian home, seaside location

AndrewRating, 5 stars3 months ago
This is a lovely, spacious period house with lots of character in a great location. Nice place to stay for a family gathering with helpful hosts. This is a residential home so felt very much like borrowing someones house rather than an impersonal holiday rental. There is lots to do nearby with stylish eateries and drinkeries. 5 minutes from the sea with all year round swimming available for the hardy. There are a couple of saunas near the sea if you want to warm up too. We popped over to the James Joyce museum in a nearby tower and took the Dart into central Dublin- all very easy. Hosts were very helpful and responsive, providing plenty of support and information before check in and during stay as required. There is on site parking but the access is tricky for some cars due to angles, slopes etc (not uncommon in Dublin I understand). there is also plenty of free parking round the corner 5 minutes away. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others.

Checked on us few times . How everything goes? If we found the house ok? If everything is ok? Wished us a lovely stay. They stayed in touch with us during the stay.. Felt nice and welcoming. Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we could need. It was well thought out, the kitchen was well stocked, desk to work at and comfortable beds. We felt right at home and really enjoyed our stay. We attended a gig in St Anne's and were able to walk home afterwards which was really handy. The area has lot's of great cafes and restaurants all within walking distance and Ronan was an excellent host and had some great suggestions of places to go.

Stunning apartment set in woodland near the coast

MarkRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Excellent, spacious apartment with beautiful garden view from living dining area. Well equipped and nicely stocked with the basics (bread, milk, juice etc.) on our arrival. Host met us in person which was a nice touch. Location is fantastic, proximity to Dart stations made it easy to get into town, off street parking secured behind auto gates also very convenient. All in all a great place for a family stay with a quality apartment making it equally nice to just stay in when the weather isn't so nice. I would highly recommend this if you are looking for a top quality base for your stay.

Cozy den

AshleyRating, 5 stars1 day ago
I absolutely loved my stay in the den! I love the location because the little bit outside of the busy city, but also very easily walkable. The access to the bus stations are also super easy. There is a Michelin star guide restaurant right down the road a 15 minute walk from there that was incredible. And Sinead and Jane we’re super responsive and gave fantastic instructions. If I come back to Dublin, I would definitely stay there!

Period home with outstanding beach views

RachellRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Beautiful home with fantastic views and easy access to walkable spaces. The lively (people and dogs walking and playing along the Strand) yet peaceful area is a welcome respite from the more population dense areas of Dublin. With a little advance planning you can easily walk to the DART, the beautiful restaurants and shops surrounding the green space nearby, or just stroll down the Strand and soak in the vibrant waterfront vibes. The host is friendly and offers so much helpful information prior to your arrival so you really can’t go wrong staying here. Bring earplugs for the road noise at night in the primary bedroom, but don’t let that deter you from this waterfront location.

Charming coastal cottage sleeps 4 in popular town

ClaireRating, 5 stars6 days ago
The cottage is in a superb location with beautiful views along the coastal path as you walk down to Greystones harbour 15 minutes away, alternatively you can take the path along the cliff top that leads the other way to Bray. Simon and his lovely wife, greeted us warmly and the cottage was spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped, it was a great place to stay in and just as described - charming! Nestled between the Irish Sea and the Wicklow mountains (look out for the Great Sugar Loaf), we found Greystones an ideal base with lots of nice places to eat and drink, Chakra, Happy Pear and The Beach House amongst our favourites, and there are many things to see and do in this wonderful part of Ireland, on foot or in the car, there are also good transport links, including rail with trains on the half hour. We absolutely loved our stay in Simon's cottage and had a fantastic holiday at Greystones!
