The house features three comfortable bedrooms: two with king-size beds (180 × 200 cm) and one with a bunk bed, making it ideal for children. Fresh bed linen is provided for all guests. The bathroom, located on the first floor, includes both a shower and a bathtub, while the toilet is separate for added convenience. Please note that the house is not wheelchair accessible. Towels and beach towels are provided. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and freezer compartment. You’ll also find cookware, crockery, cutlery, kitchen towels, and dishwashing detergent. Right next to the house is the Marissa Holiday Resort, where you’ll find a wide range of amenities just a short walk away. These include playgrounds, a low ropes course, a skate park, a convenience store, a swimming pool, an indoor climbing hall, a pub, several restaurants, bicycle rental, and a bakery—everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Enjoy this quiet place to stay with a spacious garden and in the immediate vicinity of Lake Dümmer. Via an adjacent footpath, you can reach Marissa Park in less than 3 minutes, through which you can get to the beaches on the Dümmer and the promenade by the shortest route. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the water, passing playgrounds, restaurants and bars. The center of Lembruch is also within walking distance; with a bakery, ice cream parlor and various restaurants, it invites you to linger.

Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor above the restaurant "Dümmer Perle" directly on Lake Dümmer See (50 m distance to the water). Enjoy the fantastically beautiful lake view (see photos). Up to 4 people can sleep in the apartment. The space was completely refurbished and modernly furnished in 2022. In the immediate vicinity (max. 400m) there are restaurants, shopping facilities, an ice cream parlor, surf school & boat rental, a beach bar and an indoor swimming pool.

Located in Hüde, the holiday home Dümmerliebe am See has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Our house is within walking distance (about 3 minutes) of the lake/beach.
