Vacation rentals with beach access in Dumaluan Beach

Great place to stay to get away, close to everything, a pool you can dip into to cool down and relax. Beach vibes. recommend dumaluan beach resort over oceanica resort which is close by. Staff/ caretakers also take care of you well here .

Great apartment with a great pool! Best to have your own transport to get to Alona beach etc but we enjoyed how quiet and private it was, away from the strip. There's an amazing restaurant literally 1 minute walk away, and lots of other nice places a short scooter ride away. Also a really good quiet secluded beach 5 minute scooter ride away. The apartment is big and spacious, clean, comfortable. Cristophe is also a great host! Very quick to respond to questions and issues - we had an Aircon issue while staying and he was straight on it, and it was fixed the next day. He also gave some really good local recommendations 👍🏻

The place is peaceful at night, nature vibes , clean , host is friendly. If you plan to book this Airbnb I highly recommend to rent scooter so you can drive around. Near to Biking Public Beach free entrance and underrated. The owner have cats free hug for them. Budget friendly Accommodation .

Preciana was very quick to our inquiry offer assistance whenever we need them. If you are looking for a place that is away from the busy panglao this is the place. Close to Tagbilaran and 16 minutes away from Panglao. I'll give credits to Juvelyn the care taker who is always ready to help when we need something, and to Preciana who is very active and always reply to my messages even during late nights. They also have rental motorbikes so it makes our stay easy to get from places we like to go. They also offer a pick up from the airport just let Precy know she's so eager to help all her guest. Once again thank you Precy for having us for a month. 🙏🙏

We would definitely book this place again when we go to Bohol. The internet is super fast, it’s very quiet. The bed and pillows are comfy and it had everything we needed. Kuya Gil is so friendly and accommodating.

We stayed in Mikael apartment for 20 days and we felt like at home. There is everything what you need. Resort is peaceful with a great staff who is always willing to help you. Hopefully we will come back next year. Thank you so much! Alex & Bella

Wi was an amazing host. The best host I ever had. She went above and beyond to make sure mine and my dad’s stay was nothing but the best. She was very responsive and attentive. There was a power outage in the area but wi took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. She even had snacks and ice delivered to us. Also delivered us dinner from her delicious restaurant in the city! If you’re looking for beach front this is not the place but maybe 10-15 mins away from Alona beach which you can take a tuk tuk to. There are also other beaches close by which in my opinion is the best option! There are stores right outside the subdivision which was very convenient. The guards are very helpful.. they will get you a tuk tuk if needed! Also, if you need transportation to the airport a tuk tuk will be able to take you! Me and my dad enjoyed her cute little home we will definitely be back! Thank you, Wi!!!

This place was hands down, the best place we stayed in all the Philippines. This place was amazing and I didn’t want to leave. Great host and very friendly care taker. Having access to the pool and a gym was definitely a plus. However, the house was just set up so perfect. We had a grill outside. We had a washing machine. We had a boat available to us. We had a scooter available. The house was set up where you didn’t have to worry about going and getting water and toilet paper and soap. Everything was provided. It was wonderful. The ceilings are very high around. I would say 11 to 12 feet so you do not feel claustrophobic at all and it’s very spacious. We had all the dishes provided to us so that we could cook there and all the amenities just made it feel like we were living there all along. It had excellent air conditioning in all of the rooms and excellent water pressure in the bathroom and in the kitchen. Plenty of extra towels, blankets, and anything else that was needed.

If you’re looking for a vacation home, or a place to escape this is it. The Villa is solar powered so if you’re big on saving energy this is a plus. The rooms look exactly as described and exactly as shown. It was squeaky clean and beautiful. The pools are amazing, fresh water and warm. I was swimming morning, afternoon and evening! The staff is exceptional. The coordinator Rhocyl, the house manager Jacky, our sweet awesome driver Biloy, and Chef Dario along with the other staff members - they all went over and beyond with accommodating & helping us and making us feel at home. I felt comfortable and secure with the staff. Jacky was quick to accommodate last minute requests and Biloy happily drove us everywhere 😇 I know that I have a place to return to when I come to Panglao and it’s Villa Tawala My only wish, is that we take the crew along with us to our other destinations but I’m sure they would be missed! We had a great stay! The host was responsive and easy to communicate with from start to finish. The space was comfortably furnished, and the rooms stayed cool thanks to the strong AC. The kitchen was well-equipped — all the cooking and dining essentials worked perfectly, making meal prep simple and convenient. What we appreciated most was the peaceful setting — a calm, quiet spot that let us truly unwind after long, activity-filled days. The highlight, especially for the kids, was the warm-water pool. They spent hours in it, and it definitely made the stay memorable.

the place is peaceful. the condo has a great pool. however, you need to have a contact with toktok drivers (ask the guard of the condo) because its hard to get a grab car. its accessible to the dumaluan beach using toktok thank you lara for being responive. the rate is great for its price because we are 5 and we got to cook inside so we saved a lot.

I had a wonderful stay here! The space was lovely – clean, spacious, and exactly as pictured. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay, always available if I had any questions. The location is great too – close enough to town for convenience, but still peaceful. You do hear planes going over the room, but it’s okay the host provides earplugs too. It was really easy to catch a tuk-tuk whenever I needed to go anywhere. There is also a jacuzzi which is a nice touch. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

I booked Steve and Cherrie’s place for my best friend and her cousins as a bonding getaway, and it turned out to be the perfect choice! The location is absolutely ideal — just a short walk to Alona Beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and local shops. It made everything so easy and convenient for them. They had a fantastic time, and the place was clean, comfortable, and just right for relaxing and spending quality time together. Steve and Cherrie were kind and responsive hosts throughout the stay.
