Bedroom very quiet to the garden side. The apartment is located in an upscale residential area close to the university, in the immediate vicinity of the HTW. Buses to the university and downtown 100 meters in front of the house, shopping market and bakery in the immediate vicinity within walking distance.

Welcome to our cozy apartment located in a quiet residential area! The natural location in Bliesgau leaves nothing to be desired, especially for hikers and cyclists. St. Ingbert, Saarbrücken and Homburg can be reached in 20 minutes. You can reach Saarbrücken Airport in 7 minutes and the Saarland thermal baths in 15 minutes. Shopping and bakeries are within walking distance. Parking is available right outside the door. Check-in/out times are specified, yet flexible.

❤️Welcome. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in 66133 Saarbrücken-Scheidt. Nevertheless, the bus and train are within walking distance. It is 1.7 km to Saarland University and 1.4 km to the nearest supermarket. The entrance is separate, so your privacy is respected. The apartment is functionally and comfortably furnished. Very nice, large, 3-room apartment. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, large kitchen with living and dining room. In both rooms there is a double bed. On request, an additional single bed can be provided in one of the two rooms. The nearest bus stop (towards the university and city center) is a 7-minute walk. There is no elevator to the apartment. A very large courtyard offers comfortable seating.

The apartment is larger than expected and stylishly furnished. You can tell that Sebastian himself lives here – everything has its place and is designed with a lot of love for detail. The absolute highlight is the huge roof terrace with beautiful views and more than enough space to eat and relax. The apartment is located in a purely residential area, which makes it pleasantly quiet. Right next door is a supermarket and a beverage store. We had a fantastic time and can recommend the apartment without reservation!
