Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Duće

Thank you very much Sara and Katja for a wonderful stay! We had an amazing time - the pool hot tub and sauna were really well maintained and with the weather and surroundings, it was bliss! The only complaint is we didn't stay for longer! So hoping to be back again soon! And truly appreciated the local recommendations! :)

We came to stay at Franos place for a week as we were getting married nearby. He was a great host and made the week great for us! Would recommend staying here :)

Beautiful villa at the top of a seaside town. Beautiful view, not overlooked. Superbly equipped. The host is super responsive and has plenty of advice to give about the surrounding area.

Nice house, hot jacuzzi 39 celsius degrees

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Damir was a fantastic host, he went beyond our expections, taking us to a local restaurant until we were able to check in and then picking us up. The whole family loved Villa Tissa, with its pristine pool and gardens, we also loved having our separate apartments which were all tastefully decorated. The views from the villa were stunning and we enjoyed the local feel of Kastel Luksic. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we really hope to visit again.

We really enjoyed the stay. Ante and his parents are exceptionally warm hosts! They made our time as pleasant as possible and we are very grateful for that!

Our family had the most wonderful week at Villa Lipa. Duje and his parents made us feel very welcome in their lovely house with the most magnificent view over the mountains. They always answered our questions fast and helped us regardless of what we needed assistants with. The house was lovely with the jacuzzi, and we appreciated that you had several different cozy places outside to hang in for dinner, drinks, breakfast, card games and barbeques. There was always a perfect spot. The garden was well kept, and we could even pick grapes and taste fresh tomatoes and herbs from the garden. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. We could park the car just outside the house, you will need a car if you stay here but the beaches are still close and other attractions as well. Here we relaxed and had a wonderful stay and would recommend a stay at Villa Lipa any day.

Wonderful hosts and a wonderful villa. Exactly as expected and just like the pictures. The views are beautiful and the home is spacious, perfect for the size of our group. Check in was smooth and we even got to check in early. The facilities are great, however many of the towels did have dirt marks on them and therefore couldn’t be used until we had washed them. Breakfast was included which is a lovely extra touch, however it would have been better if we had the option of eating at the outdoor table rather than the breakfast room which was a bit dark. In all the stay was great and we would absolutely return again.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The hosts are so friendly and super quick to respond to any questions - Ivan couldn’t have been more helpful. The views from the rooftop are absolutely breathtaking. The villa has everything you could possibly need, the pool area is amazing, all the rooms are huge with lovely en-suites and balconies, we would definitely book to stay here again. We had an amazing stay in Split thanks to this place! Everything was perfectly as advertised, or even better. The house is very well equipped, clean, functional and ideal for a group. The pool and hot tub offer beautiful views of the city, a real slice of paradise. Karlo was very responsive to booking and very good advice by offering us beautiful places. Her father also welcomed us warmly to the place. Thank you again for this great experience, I would 100% recommend!

We had a wonderful family vacation. Very much enjoyed the outdoor kitchen with beautiful sea views and sunsets. Snorkeling was nice at nearby beach and we took the boat out and drove along shoreline. House came equipped with many amenities including some art supplies. If you are looking for a relaxing beach destination with spectacular views, this is the house to choose!

Upon arrival we were welcomed by the Zrinka and Miro and shown around the house. The pool was already heated at 25 degrees and the hot tub at 35 degrees. There were already some beers and soft drinks in the fridge for the first hours. Both arriving a little earlier and leaving a little later was also no problem and the house was exactly as on the description, we had a wonderful weekend. Certainly subject to repetition! Marin’s place was perfect for our 3 families, and he was super accommodating to provide 3 pack and plays and high chairs for our kids. We loved eating on the patio every day, just beautiful.

Five stars from the moment I reached out to the host. I booked this villa for my friends hen do and Zvonimir was super helpful right from the start, he booked our airport transfers, and organised food as we landed late, helped with trips etc. We wanted a third bed in one room so he got us an extra bed, nothing was a problem. So responsive which is great. The villa itself is stunning. It is exactly, and I mean exactly like the photos. It was perfect and I’d go back in a heartbeat. It was private with lovely sea views. So so happy I found this gem. And a very reasonable price for what you get, it was amazing. Thank you so much for our lovely stay!
