This is not an airbnb. This is a 5 star hotel room with a 6 star balcony and a 7 star host. Absolute great place for a weekend or longer trip in split. location is superb - just outside old town and walkable. The appartement is fantastic with a great balcony and view - very clean and with everything you need. Anamarija is a perfect host who helped with great local recommendations.

Our stay in Split was absolutely wonderful, and this Airbnb was a big part of that! The home was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained—everything about it exceeded our expectations. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, yet still within easy walking distance to all the top attractions, restaurants, and beaches. The highlight of our stay, though, was our incredible host, Gorana. She went above and beyond to help us plan our trip, offering great suggestions for excursions, places to eat, and things to see and do around Split. Her hospitality made us feel truly welcome and taken care of. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nice, clean apartment with private balcony with sea view and view of the island of Brač. Ideal for breakfast and ending the day with a glass of wine in the evening. If you like, there is also room for a yoga mat ;). To the beach, it is a few steps down and then back up again later - a small workout included. The beach itself is sweet, clear water, also shady spots and 1-2 gastronomic offers available. By car, you are quickly in Omis and after about 45 minutes also in Split, if you want some city feeling :). The hostess was very friendly and always easily accessible. We are happy to recommend the apartment!

There's a reason this apartment is so booked up: it's one of the true standouts on Airbnb. The apartment itself is beautiful, functional and squeaky clean. The location is phenomenal. (Do note that it's on the 4th floor of the building.) The Adriatic view is absolutely spectacular, and it's enchanting to know you're staying inside the walls of Diocletian's palace! And Ante is the best host we've found--he met us and helped us with our bags up to the apartment, then got us oriented and settled. We so appreciated that he stocked the refrigerator with a number of refreshments to get us started. His communication was prompt and attentive, and he helped with some outside recommendations as well. He clearly takes pride in his care for the apartment and his guests. This is kind of a hyperbolic Airbnb review, but Ante's place deserves it!

Great, especially the outdoor location and the view!

The apartment is exactly as described with modern, clean and high quality furnishings. There is plenty of spare pillows, blankets, towels etc with a fully operational kitchen and accessories. The local bar/restaurant area is 10 min walk away and shops within 5 mins. We did have a small issue with the key pad not working which gains access to the property (there is a set of keys that gain access to but it was left inside) and lucky the cleaner was able to let us in. Niki the host is very thorough and was quick to rectify the issue so overall the stay was 10/10 and would use this again and definitely recommend to all potential visitors. Lovely property and a great location.

“First trip to Croatia, we will definitely be back. Great hosts were waiting for us at the property. We felt at home and there is such an atmosphere and atmosphere. In the same building - you can have a delicious breakfast and drink delicious coffee, enjoy tasty drinks in the evening,play pool or foosball. The apartment itself is renovated with a view of the sea,you can cook - the kitchen has everything you need,you can do laundry in the building. There is paid air conditioning,but we didn't feel the need to use it. Whatever we asked, we received all the information and help. Beach 100m from the apartment, and 7min by car there is a beach in Omiš. Thank you and see you❣️"

I highly recommend everyone to choose this listing! The apartment looks even better than the photos. The balcony stole our heart, a beautiful view, and plenty of space to relax. Very close to everything. Very good contact with Marina, always helpful. It was nice to spend a vacation in such a beautiful place.

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

It was the 1st time in the area, well suited for a couple with a small dog. Everything was as described, beach and restaurants within 5 min walking distance. The apartment had everything you need, great covered terrace, parking was possible right in front of the apartment. Luka was always available and asked if everything was okay. Very nice and friendly. I highly recommend it.

The apartment was great for our trip to Split. It was in an excellent location and had everything we needed. Would recommend.

Our stay at Vida's place in Croatia was just perfect! Vida is an exceptionally kind and helpful host – you immediately feel welcome with her. The house is well equipped, really nothing is missing, and everything was spotlessly clean. We were also particularly enthusiastic about the location: the sea is only a few steps away, perfect for relaxing days on the beach. We highly recommend staying with Vida and will be happy to come back!

Our stay here was excellent! I couldn’t recommend it more, the apartment was clean, cool and spacious with a beautiful balcony. It was a great location walkable to both the beach and town with supermarkets right next door. The price is excellent. Jure the host was remarkable, by far the best air BnB host I have had. His communication and instructions made our stay very comfortable and easy allowing us to check in early and check out late around our flight times. Book this place for a great stay in Split.

Tania’s place is super conveniently located, with most the most popular places only between 10-15 min walk! The apartment was clean and tidy and had some thoughtful touches like candy and bathroom hygiene products. Her communication was also great, being very responsive if I messaged with any questions. The elevator was also much appreciated with a heavy suitcase!!

Ana-Maria's place is perfect for a stay in beautiful Bol. Lovely location, not far from the centre, everything is perfectly described with the accommodation and spotlessly clean. I would recommend this lovely apartment to anyone coming to this lovely island. Also Ana-Maria is the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble. Stay here, you won't regret it.

It was a very good place to stay! Beautiful surroundings, close to a beach and with stores within walking distance. Bus connections to central Split was sufficient for our stay, although not the most frequent.

Mr. Vjenceslav was super nice, funny and helpful. The apartment was also found without major deficiencies as shown in the photos. We would definitely recommend this place with great views.

Thank you so much Petar, we had a lovely time in Split. The apartment was basic with everything we needed. It was super clean and tidy. Lots of places to eat and a beach literally across the road. The bedrooms had no aircon, but Petar had fans delivered the next day, greatly appreciated. We also had a very late flight home and he kindly extended our check-out time. Thanks again.

This is an exceptional apartment, split over two levels with first floor bedroom and bathrooms and living and kitchen space above, leading to a large balcony. Yes it is set on a hillside and yes the pathways up from the beach are steep, but the view of the whole bay made the climb worth the effort. The apartment is very modern and bathrooms spotless. The pool is a decent size and whenever we were using it we had it to ourselves. Apartment comes complete with James Bond style hatch opening to the rooftop! There was a mix up with check-in but the owner quickly responded to the message on Airbnb and got it sorted. The apartment is possibly the best equipped we have stayed in with plenty of crockery and utensils and chopping boards etc and plentiful supplies of toilet rolls, linen, towels (for bathrooms and for pool). Driving and parking can be challenging. We will miss our evening BBQs on the balcony watching activity on the water and the sun setting. Book now, you won't be disappointed

Anita was a wonderful host, proactive in her communication and provided very clear instructions (super helpful for us weary travellers many hours delayed on arrival). Her flat is super homely and comfortable and a quick taxi ride into the city. Would recommend

Amazing hosts and a lovely place to stay!

Elena was a spectacular host. She picked me up at the airport and took me to her home. It was a bit difficult to find the first time as it is on a pedestrian street but we quickly found our way around It is 5 minutes from EVERYTHING.. the beaches , green market, the palace and old town … The patio and pool made a perfect place to relax after a long day sightseeing

Fantastic view from the balcony - better than watching TV! Lovely swimming pool. A steep walk from the beach - but so is everywhere near here!. A great location in a lovely authentic village - all amenties nearby. I'd recommend the local fish restaurant too!!
