Open floor plan, a carpeted bedroom with queen bed, a full-size memory foam sleeper sofa, a living room, mini-kitchen, laundry and bath. The mini-kitchen includes a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, table and chairs. The desk, with woods view, is a perfect place to reflect, read, and write. The entire space is completely updated. Private entrance. Located in a quiet residential area of Dubuque. I live upstairs.

Situated alongside the Mississippi River, wildlife abounds in every season. With eagles nesting nearby, there is always something new to see from the beautiful sunrises, cruise ships passing by, and watching the commerce of the barges and railroad right out the front window! This home has been recently refurbished and sits at the edge of our 15 acres. We have 2 dogs and welcome well-behaved pets. Your place was so Retro!! We loved it !! Needs a fire pit and more outside backyard chairs. We really enjoyed the town and loved the view of the Mississippi River. The park across the street was amazing!!! We had the other guests from the other unit walk into our unit 2 times while we were there.

This home had everything needed to have a relaxing vacation. Its always difficult to find a nice home that allows pets. We enjoyed morning coffee on the back deck which reminded us of being in a treehouse. We walked our dogs around this peaceful neighborhood while enjoying all the wild flowers. We came home rested and relaxed!

I loved Gisele’s place! It was spacious and modern. It was a quiet area near the state park and close to things we wanted to see. She was very helpful and attentive to our needs. There’s a great outdoor patio where you can have your coffee and relax. The basement has a cute movie room. I would recommend her place to others!

We had a really lovely stay at the Farmhouse. A wonderful old home with plenty of room to spread out and views out of every window. The kitchen is great for cooking, and everything was very comfortable. We loved driving down the country lane at the end of a busy day. Relaxing with a cup of coffee on the porch in the morning, and in the corn crib patio at night were definite highlights. Deer sightings, birdsong and fireflies were all appreciated. The hosts were very responsive and we are thankful for the stay. Our only complaint is we couldn’t spend more time there!

Had a wonderful time staying at the victory suite! Host was wonderful, very clean, & cozy. I went downstairs to their breakfast & lunch spot, Charlie’s Place, twice it was so good! Highly recommend their bacon,egg, & cheese croissant & this lovely airbnb☺️

Upon arrival we already had clear instructions on entry and accessibility. The Suite was perfect for my husband and I for the night. We will look at staying again if ever on the area. Water and some snacks we provided along with several different types of K cups.

This was a very nice place for us. We got lucky so I can’t say for sure how quiet it would have been with someone above us in the other unit but this one was GREAT for us. The host was very good communicating with us and made sure we understood the special parking requirements. We would definitely stay here again. In fact we are considering a Christmas time visit.
