This is a wonderful location. The swimming and snorkelling is excellent. Quiet peaceful spot and well equipped house. Jet ski available for hire is an additional bonus.

We spent amazing holidays at Villa Olga. House maybe is not a newest one and might need some renovations here and there, but it offers full range of services. Amazing pool, play room for children, outddoor playground and many many more. It's located in very quiet town of Broce, with Ston in walking distance where you can find many restaurants and shops. However, the biggest plus are the owners: Niko and Milo. They make you feel like you are visiting family, they are very heplfull and communicative. Once again thank you for everything and hopefully see you again in the future!

We had a good time with the family, our children could bathe in the illuminated pool until late at night, without having to be considerate of neighbors. All rooms with flawlessly working air conditioning (very quiet). Very friendly landlord, lives 10 minutes from the accommodation and came once in our holiday week to check the technical chlorine system in the machine room of the pool and has previously registered with us and arranged the appointment with us (no surprise visit). Ideal place to enjoy tranquility. There is a house cat (a nice highlight for our children) but if you feed it, more cats will be added. That wasn't a problem for us but maybe a problem for someone who has a cat hair allergy. All in all a nice holiday.

The house itself is in an idyllic location ( it is remote- 20 minutes from a town). We were two families with two children each and the house was perfect. We all had our own space and made use of all the brilliant facilities- it is perfect for families. The pool, games room and out door seating and bbq area were great. A couple of down sides is that not all the bedrooms had air conditioning ( only 2) and in August the top room was very hot but there was a stand alone air conditioning unit which helped. There are some little supermarkets ( like a co-op) in Ston but you had to drive an hour to get to a larger supermarket. The location was great for exploring Croatia, there is a wonderful beach ( Prapratno) 25 mins away and Dubrovnik is an hour away. The people in the village were so friendly and gave us fresh vegetables from their allotments. Adrija and Marina were very hospitable and encouraged us to treat their home like our own . We all felt that it was heavenly.

There were 5 of us and we really enjoyed our stay at this property. It met all expectations, clean, spacious and complete. Everything was thought of. The house is located in a quiet area,(20 min from the nearest village), but because of this you have your privacy and a lovely swimming pool to cool off after a day on the road. As far as we are concerned, it is highly recommended

The house is very functional. The view of the mountains is absolutely superb and the area is very relaxing. We took advantage of the swimming pool. The house is located in the mountains, so it's a bit far from everything. Nikša is a very welcoming host and offers good advice.

Our family (2 adults, 4 kids) spent a wonderful week at Lucija’s beautiful vacation home. The kids loved the pool, which was pristine clean and good sized. The main attraction for the adults, of course, was the private beach that’s a very short walk down a pebbly path from the house. There were sun beds at the beach but we preferred to swim and then head back to the pool. The house was clean, modern, well equipped, and cozy. The kids enjoyed playing in the two trampolines in the yard (there is also a ping pong table and a basketball area but our kids are too little to enjoy those activities). Last, but not least, our hosts were warm and friendly people who made us feel right at home. We plan to return to this gem of a place!

This stay is a great place where we felt right at home and relaxed. The owners have a lot of attention to detail and provided a good reception and good advice.. Everything has been thought of. Both in the house and in the garden. There is a lot to be experienced in this region. Top location. Highly recommended.

The experience here was magical. This nature seems to be out of time. And people living in harmony with it and with their centuries-old history... For our family, this was the perfect place at the perfect time. We thank our hosts from the bottom of our hearts.

Beautiful spot tucked away by the sea. The swimming and snorkelling at the property was as good as anywhere we visited on the trip. Easy to get in to Dubrovnik and the pretty village of Slano is nearby with a shop, restaurants and activities such as boat hire. The kitchen facilities are excellent and we also made use of the barbecue and outdoor dining area, which are great. Comfortable air conditioned bedrooms. Overall it was a lovely relaxing stay and I would highly recommend it and our host Ivana.

Our host Louise and caretaker were helpful and gracious. Louise met with our group 2 months before our visit on an internet zoom gladly answering our multitude of questions about the area and clarified our accommodations and needs. The air conditioning was so pleasing after a hot walk to the Slano center stores and beach areas. We got to use to the heat and wore the hats and water shoes left at the villa for clients by our host , and we used the thermal coolers to carry items from the store to our Villa. We preferred to walk and exercise to Slano center- 20 minutes-walking the narrow road took a little time to get use to, the Slano residents had no fears about it, as was natural. The pebble beaches were fabulous, salty and warm, our host had beach towels for us and a drying rack outside for our clothes ti dry. Our beds were very comfortable and quiet in the evening. We had a TV however had not much time to watch it, the outdoor dining table and view was more attractive. We loved it.

Beautiful clean, comfortable and well equipped house. We appreciated the care of our hosts and had everything we needed. Beautiful shaded terrace upstairs very nice. Goran is very responsive when needed. Luka is a small quiet harbor (a little less in the evening where the children enjoyed the “freshness” and sports field) with 2 small beaches. (Not what to do shopping or eat on site but ok in Ston a few miles away) Beautiful things to see on the peninsula or getting a little further away.

The house is very nice and well equiped, in a very quiet place (next to a small camping and a few other houses) The hosts are wonderfull (thanks a lot to you, again !) The view from the terrace is breathtaking!

A great stay in Slano! The place was spotless, a nice sea view to have breakfast. The bed is very large and very comfortable! And the very friendly host, thank you for hosting!

Excellent stay! We were a large group with a pet and were very comfortable throughout our stay. The pool was beautiful with plenty of sun beds and towels, the outdoor kitchen and dining table were idyllic, and the rooms were well-equipped and clean. Highly recommended!
