Family-friendly vacation rentals in Dubrovačko Primorje

The host is very nice and welcoming. He carefully prepared a honeymoon gift for us. The host's cooking is also very good. The snacks he cooked are delicious. The room is very carefully arranged. The location of the house is a 3-minute walk from the pile gate of the old city, convenient. Overall, it was a good stay.

Gorgeous and relaxing space in a location poised perfectly & walkably between Old Town, beaches, and viewpoints (where else can you chill in a jacuzzi while looking at an island cursed by Benedictine monks, 100/10). Welcoming and responsive host, friendly neighborhood kitties, can’t recommend more.

We really enjoyed the stay. The place is spacious, well appointed, and the outside areas are super - sun deck, covered eating area and jacuzzi, with great views. You need Ubers or buses to get to and from old town, about 6-10 eur, but they're readily available.

Fantastic apartment, location is great with cafes and restaurants within 5 minutes and the Old Town and Lapad Beach around a 15 minute walk away. The apartment is spacious and has everything our family of four needed, and Drago was extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect base to explore Dubrovnik and also to visit Lokrum and Lopud islands.

Everything matched the pictures and met our expectations. Accommodation was clean, Sandra very friendly, would recommend anytime. Bus to the old town around the corner.

Neven was an incredible host, who met us at the property and gave us a tour. We even had some snacks waiting for us (very much needed after our flight!) Prior to the visit Neven had sent an array of information detailing restaurant recommendations and places to visit, this was very useful when planning our stay. Among the cleanliness of the property and location one the highlights was the amazing sculptures at the property and the stories behind them. We came to celebrate my Husband's 40th and would absolutely come back. Neven is a credit to AirBnB hosting and we truly wish him all the best 😊.

Dark was an incredible host! He met us at the property to show us how everything worked and provided tips and recommendations to make our stay easier. He was also quick to help us line up a driver on short notice for a special dinner. His home is just outside the city walls and a very short walk from two bakeries which came in handy for breakfast. Perfect stay for our group of 7.

The location was perfect, quiet road with fantastic waterside views with frequent local buses into dubrovnik straight to the old town without the hassle and expense of parking. easy fishing on the doorstep. house was well equipped warm and quiet. Mario was quick to respond with any questions and met us at the property when we arrived after our late night flight. we would definitely look to book this property again if we return to croatia.

A very good location.

Very friendly by the owners, we are delighted with our stay. The apartment was impeccable and functional. A large balcony with harbor and sea views was particularly nice, as was the pool. The place is very quiet 5 minutes walk from restaurants, small shops, the port from where boats leave for excursions. Small beaches are close by. It is also possible to rent sun loungers and umbrella on the beautiful beach of a nearby hotel. Fantastic farms are also nearby and Dubrovnik is a 40-minute drive away. Contacts with our hosts have been regular and friendly. It's a real pleasure to meet them and stay here. We can only highly recommend this place.

Without a doubt Miranda and Anton are the best Airbnb hosts we have ever met. They are welcoming and friendly and gave us lots of suggestions for places to visit and restuarants to eat at that we would never have thought of. The Villa is traditionally Croatian and has many interesting features. Everything is spotlessly clean and there is everything you need in the kitchen. It is older but that adds to the charm. A car is essential as there are no areas to go walking but the sea at the front door more than makes up for it. Steps down to the rocky shoreline enables you to snorkel swim, kayak, paddleboard or just relax on a lounger. We had an amazing holiday thanks to our wonderful hosts. There is something about this Villa that draws you back....I hope we can return some day.

Stunning and peaceful place and area, very friendly and informative host But, if booking go direct to the establishment as the person offering on this site is an agency, and going direct will give you a better deal.

Mario’s place was great, parking spot, walking distance to the old town, clean and well equipped apartment. But what I really want to mention is above everything the hosts were kind and helpful. We had a small accident on our way there and there was a chance we won’t even make it for the first night. The hosts told us they would cancel our first night free of charge if needed which was a really nice gesture. In the end we made it but really late and it was no problem at all. I would stay here again without doubt!

A very nice apartment, good location, quiet while being very close to the center. View of the sea and mountains, olive trees, orange trees, lemon tree... a dream!

The house is very functional. The view of the mountains is absolutely superb and the area is very relaxing. We took advantage of the swimming pool. The house is located in the mountains, so it's a bit far from everything. Nikša is a very welcoming host and offers good advice.

Pleasant family stay at Stijepo's. Quiet accommodation with great sea view and as described. Walking distance. Well located for the islands of Mljet and Korcula. Stijepo and his wife are adorable and have good tips for sightseeing. I recommend it!

Fantastic stay, very remote but perfect for what we wanted and around 20 mins to the old town by car! Beautiful views and great amenities! Definitely recommend for a group break away :)

Absolutely outstanding stay! We recently had the most wonderful experience staying at Sanja’s apartment in Dubrovnik. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect - just a short and easy walk to the Old Town, yet in a peaceful area that felt like a retreat from the bustle. We also found it really convenient for exploring other parts of Dubrovnik. One of the absolute highlights was the pool; it was such a lovely place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, with stunning surroundings and a calm, private atmosphere. Sanja was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and responded to all our questions with lightning speed and genuine care. Fortunate to have 11 nights in the Royal apartment. Suzana looked after us as Jadranka was away. Both though were responsive when needed assistance. As described in the listing with wonderful views across Lapad bay. There are 4 apartments in the complex along with the Hosts accommodation. Romantic apartment is at the top same level as pool area. Next down was the Royal, Harmony a few steps further down and Marine the lowest. All very private and didn’t hear any unnecessary noise from other guests. 61 steep steps from street to apartment door and the shower is in the hydro bath so a bit of a high step there. My wife was a bit hesitant as she has had a hip replacement couple of years ago but found a routine! Using the elevators at nearby More and Kompas hotels to get back from the promenade was a good handy hint! Amenities were good. Some instructions would be helpful especially using the appliances. Amazing hosts who made us feel so welcome and helped with getting us a takeaway on late arrival, restaurant bookings and removing a bug from our balcony! The view from the balcony and pool is amazing… we stayed in to watch the sunsets. Supermarket and bakery ten mins walk but there is also supplies like milk and drinks at reception. We used uber a lot for the Old Town, port for boat trip and lapad beaches ….very reasonable prices.

It’s a beautiful and peaceful cottage on the mountain. Suitable for a weekend gateway, however it’s a bit far from the places that we wanna visit in Dubrovnik.

Sandra, Mato and co were incredibly helpful from the outset, texting and asking if we needed any help or assistance and even offered to organise airport transfers for us. They were there to meet us when we arrived and walked us through the facilities. They even took time to talk us through the local area, restaurant recommendations and food tourist spots. The apartment was everything we needed and was ideally located so we were always close to anywhere we needed to go. I couldn’t recommend this more, we were incredibly happy with our stay.

We stayed for 4 nights with our family, children age 4 & 2. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and explore Dubrovnik. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the old town / city walls, for a short trip this was ideal. Everything is on your doorstep, you can walk everywhere. The house is beautiful and Ivona has done a wonderful job of designing it. It was so well equipped with everything you needed. Michael welcomed us and even arranged our transfer from the airport. They had left us a selection of snacks including bread, milk, jams, coffee pods, wine, beer which was great. The swimming pool area is a bonus and we enjoyed an afternoon swimming and enjoying the views. The whole complex is spotless and so well maintained. I was a little apprehensive as of whether the children would enjoy Dubrovnik, however they loved it and I would recommend. We hope to return one day and if you are considering booking, book early, you will not disappointed. Thank you!

The villa is a gem. The views are unbelievable, the peacefulness was amazing and there are not enough words for the amount of help Diana gave us. Diana waited for us with fruit, charcuterie board, drinks and home made pastry. She set up all the transportation we requested and gave us suggestions of things to do. She even brought us flour at 9:00 pm so we can make crepes. The only thing that you can’t do is walk to places. So, if you are a walker and want a lot of things to do all day, you might want to pick a different villa. We spent time enjoying the views and peacefulness and had time to go sightseeing.
