Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Duarte Province

I was extremely pleased with the house and the host. Jerry was very flexible with my check in and my check out, he would quickly reply with answers whenever I had a question or concern. I will most definitely book this house whenever I visit Tenares again.

The home is pretty much as advertised and all of the pictures are accurate, it can just use a few upgrades in some spots - but nothing too major. It is a nice place for a family, and the outdoor pool area is nice for entertaining. A couple of details - if you are a light sleeper it can become a bit noisy from everything happening in the busy streets outside, but we did kind of expect this in the campo. And also, it was quite humid when we came in, but I think if you keep the air conditioner on for a little while it would clear it up (we were out for a few hours and did not want to leave them on). We felt very welcomed - Christian was an amazing host, very responsive and always checking in on us. We appreciated his small touches. Honestly, the house does need a few updates but at the end of the day it was Christian's communication and willingness to help us at all times (even on Christmas Eve) that was the most appreciated and that reflects the review.

The house is very beautiful and spacious and what I loved the most is that it is excellent for sharing with family especially because it has a beautiful patio and is very private, it would only take a central air in the living room and it would be the best of the best! The person who delivers the house to you is very good person and always attentive!

Property is conveniently located. Close to everything. Is quite and safe. Very clean beds where comfortable.

This place was a nice stay and Pedro was such a good host! I will definitely stay here again. It has a good space and nice layout. The pictures don’t do it justice in person. My first time ever saying the sheets smelled amazingggg! Pedro got us coffee and water and there was enough amenities in the place. He had cameras outside on the streets and entry that you can see inside the TV in the house, so it was nice to be able to look at our car parked and door gates. Two of the rooms have their own private bathrooms and A/C. The third room does not have an A/C that would be my only recommendation, but if you leave the doors open with the fan on it gets a little cooler. There is a few stairs to get up to the building something to keep in mind if your like us that has more suitcases then hands or had a little to much to drink and walk up them with heels on is a workout! Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and provided us with more than enough towels!

Thanks for providing such a spacious, clean, and safe place for our one-night getaway! We slept well in your comfortable beds and enjoyed the ocean view during our morning coffee.

The communication is seamless as is the check-in and check out process. The host takes their time explaining all the local stores and services available. Very clean place and quite. Staying at Yanet place is like staying over at that favorite aunts place where they spoil you. I will be coming back. Thank you for everything.

Yari is a great host who's very responsive and wants to provide the best experience. The apartment was comfortable, had all the necessities and located a couple of minutes away from the bars/restaurants, it's in a quiet area which is what we were looking for. Overall a lovely experience

This is the only viable AirBnB option in SFM. All the others are subpar or inactive for extensive periods. Verdana has over 20 units in the complex that you can choose from. There is security 24/7. And there is parking. The units aren’t luxurious. But for the price and the location, it’s your best option. All the basic requirements are satisfactory. Will return if ever needed.
