Cottage is 660 SF, 2 bedroom. One room has a queen bed. Second bedroom is a bunk bed best suited for children. The common space has a day bed with a second pull up trundle bed. Access to the owners dock and use of Kayak and paddle board when a waiver is signed. 15 Minutes to the Ark and 1 Hour to the Creation Museum & Cincinnati. You'll enjoy access through the back gate to the local park with a walking path around the lake, perfect for evening strolls!

The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.

Located right outside of Williamstown, Grammer's place is small but cozy! Our home is just 5 miles from the Ark Encounter and 35 minutes from the Creation Museum. Grammer's Place is a tiny house that sits very close to my personal home, but you will have access to as much privacy as needed. Along with this, guests will still have access to their own parking spaces. And just a few steps from the drive, up the ramp and on the porch.

The Lodge at Three Pines

This one bedroom, one bathroom lodge is a great place to hang out! Conveniently situated on one floor, the space includes a full kitchen with an open plan living and dining area, as well as a games area. This listing can be rented along with "Three Pines Historic Log Cabin," which is located next door, to provide an expanded hang out space and additional bedroom for larger groups. It can also be rented on its own.

Hot Tub Haven invites you for relaxation and exploration. Great location, only 2.6 miles to visit the Ark Encounter.
