The Henn House was the perfect up-north getaway for our family! There were plenty of living areas, a large kitchen + dining space, comfortably rooms, great toddler toys + most importantly, beautiful outdoor areas! We felt right at home here - enjoyed their provided yard games + fishing + swimming off the dock. Downtown is a quick 15 mins away where we dined + enjoyed the beach / lighthouse + playground areas. We'll cherish these 'smalltown USA' memories forever. Courtney + Patrick were the best of hosts!! They were very thoughtful + responsive throughout our entire reservation process. Highly recommend!!

We needed a place to stay while we were up for a wedding. We could not have been happier with this spot. The space felt like we were coming home, from the decor and presentation to the layout and comfort. The hosts had thought of literally EVERYTHING! There were personalized extras that made us feel special and at the same time they stocked all "normal" things that you may have forgotten to pack. I cannot speak highly enough about how great our experience was. We also appreciated the check-in/out times being more suitable for travel as well as the responsiveness and flexibility of our hosts. Can't wait to find a reason to come back north to stay here again!

we had a pool tournament there. the house worked out perfect for me and three other friends. will probably try to run it again if we go to another tournament there.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing great local recommendations. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to everything. We would definitely stay here again. It is the perfect vacation place. This place has direct lake access with scenic peaceful surroundings. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cherished each moment we spent. Barbara's place feels like home with thoughtful attention to details. Especially if you are traveling with a big group or kids, she has provided enough toys and supplies like kitchen/bath towel, coffee etc. Highly recommended Just one thing to mention, the King bed is on a lofted bedroom which does not have four wall enclosure like regular rooms. I think this is a Michigan architecture style and looking carefully at the pictures you can easily figure it out. So something to be careful about for a big group

Beautiful historic home. Well stocked with dish ware and cookware. All beds were comfy and there was plenty of room.

We were in town for a funeral, and I mentioned this to Patty before our arrival. When we got to the house, we were touched to find two travel packs of Kleenex thoughtfully left for us. I reached out to thank her, as I had gone through mine and hers at the service. The next morning, we found two more packs tucked in a Ziplock bag under our windshield wiper with a sweet note that said, ‘Just in case.’ It was such a kind and considerate gesture that truly made a difference during a tough time. As for the home, it’s perfect for a single person or couple. It was spotless, well-organized, comfortable furniture, ample closet space, and both the check-in and check-out processes were easy and straightforward. We would highly recommend and will stay there again without hesitation!

With the recent storm, we weren't sure if our event was going to happen. Trisha was excellent with communicating. Our event continued as planned, and we had an excellent stay again. Too bad this was the last time the event is going to be held at the ice rink.

5 star out of 5 is not even close!!!! 10 out of 5 would be more accurate. You will not find a cleaner, more well- planned/ use of space, and friendlier hosts. Joanne and Tim went so far above and beyond with so many thoughtful, personal touches. From the fresh baked bread, custom selected wine, painted rock, and hand written thank you card, and it does not stop there. Plain and simple, if you are reading this review, book it now before it's too late, because I will never stay anywhere else if I am in the area. To all other airbnb hosts, these two have set the bar. Good luck even coming close.

Great place to stay in a beautiful area away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Sara (Owner) was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. The condo was clean and was the perfect size for a group of five.

Great place, great location! This place was perfect for our stay with our dog. The space was clean and cozy! The back yard views are stunning. Very relaxing to hear the lake with the windows open. Ron was very welcoming and his place is wonderful, would definitely come back and will recommend to friends and family!

We live very close to the Cozy Condos. Our family members enjoyed their stay here during our post Christmas family celebration! Although the weather wasn’t ideal for this trip this super clean condo would be a fabulous site to choose for an extended visit to the Barbeau area where you can enjoy watching the super impressive freighters as they navigate the southbound shipping channel to their final destinations! Watch from the outdoor deck at the Cozy Corners Tavern and Grill right next door! Their food is excellent and service is top notch! Boaters can tie right up to the floating docks at the restaurant and then continue on to enjoy the beauty and awesome fishing on the St. Mary’s River!
